Ninja Status's Battle Reports! 9/15/14

[Ninja Status]

Hello all

I have decided to start my own Battle Reports so, without further ado, here's the first one:

The armies:
Ninja Status: Aubrien Archers x3, Emirroon, Kyntela Gwyn, Haduc, Crixus.

Ace: Armoc Vipers x4, Azurite Warlord, Elite Onyx Vipers.


We played on Morass, by Dignan:

A great Ullar showdown ! On a swamp wamp on top of it... Lots of green will be played.

I vote for the elves, hoping for a lucky frenzy turn, and believing in the power of Haduc ! However the Azurite Warlord is good, the archers will need to watch out.

I think Ace wins it. The vipers are too fast and the jungle too numerous on this map. They will quickly pounce on the squishy archers and put them down into the swamp. (Are there any glyphs)

Yes, the glyphs of Wannok and Dagmar are used. Thanks for reminding me.

These armies both seem decent enough to win, but I'm gonna go with the vipers. I think their speed gives them the advantage, although frenzy can be a game changer. I'll stick with Ace and the vipers for this one.

Vipers. Aubriens are good, but I can never get the Elf Wizards to work for me.

Alright, looks like this is it voting wise. Here's the report, enjoy!

Round 1 Initiative: NS-15, Ace-6

Emirroon moves out through the Jungle and summons an Archer to his side.


The Vipers advance, they’re warlord by their side. One lands on Wannok and attempts to wound Emirroon, but fails.


Two archers pick off some nearby Armocs (no frenzy for the archers).


The Armocs bond with the Warlord, who lands 4 wounds on Emirroon with Furious Wrath. The snakes disperse, some take height and some stay in the swamp.



Three archers open fire on the Azurite Warlord, and manage to bring him up to a total of 4 wounds.


The Warlord gets more furious and strikes down the mighty Elf leader, dealing himself a wound. The vipers assist their fearless leader and take down one squad of Aubriens

Round 2 Initiative: NS-14, Ace-16

Azzy engages some Archers, however, he fails to kill any of them. The Armocs move forward with the vicious snake and kill an Aubrien.


The Aubriens see some victory as their combined attacks of 3 take down Azzy.


-They gain frenzy and kill off two Armocs


-They gain frenzy again and kill off another pair of armored fiends


The forever rage-filled vipers dart through the jungle, killing one archer and taking Wannok.


Aurbriens charge to the dunes and cut down another snake.


-They get a hold of frenzy and spread out.


-They capture frenzy again and kill one Armoc.


The EoV spread out, taking cover from the flying arrows.


Crixus takes interest and advances.


(an Armoc Viper was on Wannok, Kyntela took the wound)

Round 3 Initiative: NS-15, Ace-10

Spoiler Alert!

The Aubriens re-group, killing off an EoV and a Armoc.


Enraged at the killing of their brothers, the remaining EoV take action and kill two Archers. They don’t get frenzy.


The last two archers attack but no damage is dealt. They don’t get frenzy either.


One EoV takes down an Aubrien. No frenzy.


Crixus cautiously makes his way towards Wannok.


The last squad of Armocs advances, in hopes to defeat the gladiator.

Round 4 Initiative: NS-4, Ace-9

Spoiler Alert!

The last two EoV begin slicing, they kill off the last Aubrien and inflict one wound on Crixus. (No frenzy)


The gladiator swipes the height fast, and kills one of the scouts.


Armocs manage to pin Crixus against the hive and deal him one wound (brining him to a total of two).


Crixus stands rebellious and cuts down yet another slimy green thing.


A viper dies while attempting to swipe Wannok. The other attacks but fails to wound.


Haduc makes himself useful and kills off the last EoV.

Round 5 Initiative: NS-15, Ace-14

Spoiler Alert!

Crixus raises his bloody blade and finishes the job. Ninja Status wins!


The Victors:

Haduc didn't even need to go full end-of-the-game-beast mode, Crixus did a lot of the job alone. Good game Ninja Status.
