Well, considering I was asleep when you made it ... It was kind of funny, though. At the very least, Joker and Bullseye appear to have the same last name.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I was actually wondering about that, honestly - if another unit was released with the codename "???" wouldn't it be illegal to play him in the same army as The Joker? Of course, I can't think of too many characters without names...

Well, that always kind of bothered me. Joker is Joker, I don't think it's necessary to put the question marks there. Same with Bullseye, just call him Lester.

It's very unlikely that we ever release a figure that's ??? again. Joker was in World's Finest. Cut us some slack.

Now if you just reoved the "???" from the entire card, and made another version of Joker sometime in the future with no identity, they'd both be playable in the same army because of their identity.

If they were both named Joker, with no secret identity, they wouldn't be playable together. If they were both named Joker with the secret identity ??? they wouldn't be playable together. If one had the secret identity and the other didn't, that's where you might run into some issues.

Put question marks on a new one, or remove them from this one. No problems.

I'd be in favor of removing them, because I think they're kind of stupid, but...
