I've got a 120 point Titan hole to fill, so I was looking at using Jesse Quick on her own. Is that advisable or is this other card referenced here a must draft to make it worth while to draft her?
*edit* Nevermind, I ended up just taking Kid Flash and a 10 point Spell.

Liberty Belle isn't a Titan, so Jesse is better alone in Titan armies. She offers a multiattack option but she's super fragile without Speed Dodge. Kid Flash is probably better most of the time.
