Ok, so seems like we’re all onboard with Trigger Man, Human Shield (just need to nail down wording/effect), and Brutality. If we get rid of Skilled Marksman are people good with Range 7 for him vs Range 4? I would agree that it addresses his marksmanship ability just fine.

Skilled Marksman doesn't do enough, I feel, so I agree with a move to higher range. I would say 7, but 8 wouldn't be obscene.

I really like this build. Trigger Man is a very cool idea. I'm glad it was decided to keep it. Range of 7 or 8 is great, but does that drive the cost up? Also it would keep him out of range a bit that Human Shield might not get much use. A range of 5 might be better?

I think the human shield is going to be used when he goes in for the Brutality attacks against his weaker opponents.

Yeah trigger man is the most important power here for me so I'm of going to drop that without a lot of convincing...the rest I'm not as concerned...mercenary over terrorist...we had a long discussion and I can't remember why we settled on one over the other...knowing that Red Skull didn't care what his class was we chose because of something else...maybe it was because of a certain unreleased lady YK LDd and wanting him to have difficulties working with her.

Madame HYDRA, Scientist Supreme, and von Strucker all like Terrorists. Not sure how much that matters thematically, though. But I do like him firmly rooted in the HYDRA faction.

Definitely feels more like a mercenary to me, but I guess at the end of the day the most thematic grouping is the one that matters most

Anytime Crossbones is Targeted for a non-adjacent normal attack you may choose one adjacent figure without the Super Strength special power and roll the 20 sided die. You may add 3 to roll if the figure is a unique hero you control or you may add 6 to the roll if the figure is a common figure you control. If you roll 17 or higher the chosen figure will receive the first wound intended for Crossbones.

That could work. Basically the human shield absorbs 1W of damage. I still think it should be limited to small and medium figures though, no grabbing Hawkeye on a Skyscycle or the Wasp to use as a shield.

Would uncommon figures add 6 like common figures?
