The last sentence in the first power is completely pointless and malignant. ‘In your army’ already covers destroyed figures, spelling it out in the power like that just serves to muddle the definitions. (And yeah, I’m sure there’s some old C3G card that also spells it out, but that just means that card is wrong.)
Like it can be pointed out in a R&C or something, but it has no place on the card.
But anyway, yea
