Re: In Memory of Ne-Gok-Sa

I had a different but similar story but involves the Shades of Bleakwoode.
We are playing 2 vs 1. I had a big army on top of a mountain almost all Soulborgs. In my son's army he had a squad of...

Re: Tactical Maneuvers #2 - Go Elf Yourself vs. Stay in a Hi

I would like to say the Elf but those two are good but not great. Acorlah'sThe Leaf Home does not work very often. I once played a massive Elf vs Orc army and the power only actives on death. You...

Re: The Book of Sacred Band

Similar to a previously posted army but for 500 points I was thinking
SBx2 100
10th x2 150
Marcus 100
Parm 90
Red Wyrm x2 60
Range and melee, I like 2 wyrm or...

Re: Most 'Mis-factioned' Unit?

Stirring up more debate:
If you look at D&D, all color Dragons are evil, metallic Dragons are good and Gem Dragons are Neutral....
Therefore all the current Dragons in Heroscape should be either...

Re: Most 'Mis-factioned' Unit?

Valguard should have been a Viking and under Jandar. He would be a Viking leader with his Berserker Charge bonus, or change Vikings to Einar.
I would have put the Dwarves in Ullar.
Also instead of...

Re: Who do you think is the best filler unit?

Too bad you played it wrong, when you place the figure it must be adjacent and same level. Unless your Chainfighter already survived the hot lave death?

Re: The Book of Mezzodemon Warmongers

I like that army idea. I'll have to try it. +rep.

Throw an Iron Golem in for a heavy hitter and you have a solid 500 points.[/quote]
or 2 squads of Gobin Cutters is good too. Eltahale is already...

Re: How to beat this army?

To move a Marro with the Hive, it must be clear line site and start movement within 12 spaces.
Alexander Drake (II) may be an option, he hits hard and Marro army does not have any special attacks...

Re: Removing randomness in playtesting

If you go with straight statistics certain figures could never defeat other figures. Example: Deathwalker 9000 would always roll 3 shields and Drake Alexander would roll 3 skulls...stalemate!!!!!

Re: Unit Strategy Review: How to use Taelord the Kyrie Warr

Taelord really helps out the Death Knights(DK) AND the Death Knights bond with him!! The DK only have an attack of 2 but get bumped to 3 attack dice but the most important thing is there Soul Weapons...

Re: Castle Attackers

Tul-Bak-Ra is also good with Stingers, Drones or Dividers. He teleports in start doing damage and as he takes hits he brings in reinforcements. He also has a special which does not need line of site...

Re: New Drow Customs. Feedback needed.

Maytana is nice figure, I think her points are low though. If you notice most Heros that bond with common figures are expense. I would have to say she will need to bumped up to 190-200.

I make lots of custom figures (165 different figures) I...

Re: Appreciating Heroscape for it's customizable properties

As I figured it the cost as you have it is about 290-320 points.
The reason it is so high is because POTENTIAL your Electrical Surge could affect 18 figures.
