Pretty much a straight translation here other than 3 small things:

1. Added to the Justice League faction
2. Changed the name of Cupid's Arrow to Archer Ally to make it less weird when you use it for Connor Hawke
3. Made the d20 boost work for any ability, so it's a good pairing with Green Arrow designs in general

I do want to find a better way to explicate in the Archer Ally ability that you can only do this with one Green Arrow, as I don't want it to be able to stack like it could in 1.0. (I think I accomplished this with the edit, but double check me)

Happy to see this one converted and I like the changes. Love this design and having the JL faction should get her used even more.

Made the red edit now that figures can roll dice in 2.0, and deleted the "any" in front of "d20 rolls". Same question I asked on Superior Spider-Man, is the blue part intended, so that the d20 boost does not affect items or any IJL type shenanigans where other figures force Green Arrow to roll a d20? It probably doesn't make much difference here just because the bonding is limited to the attack phase anyway.

Weird. I was working off of Hulk's SA. Not sure how the wording got different there. All good, though!

The blue is intended to restrict it to GA's abilities on his card, yeah, just as a shenanigan failsafe.

The way items work now, I’d assume any item abilities count as GA’s abilities anyways. So not sure it matters.

Would probably be smart to avoid the gendered pronoun there too, just in the off case of a female GA design. Not planning ahead for future concepts was what made the original Cupid’s Arrow so awkward in the first place!

Not in love with the Archer Ally title as that makes it seem like it should key in on figures with the Archer keyword and not figures named Green Arrow. Not sure about an alternative currently.

Also, instead of "activating" Green Arrow where he can only attack I'd just have it give him an attack action. Not sure on what timing is best there...maybe after combat?

Went with Emerald Archer Ally for the ability title to cover that concern.

I like the full attack phase better because it makes it clearer that you can get the d20 boost when rolling for something like Arrows of Justice.

The 1.0 version triggers after a turn with BC, so no reason to change the timing there, IMO.

It does also lock them out of some turn bonding chains, is that intentional? Seems like that's a bit of a change from 1.0.

Hmm this is where it would be good to have a Robin done and know how we are handling Vigilante Sidekick. Ideally a Robin activation could stack.

The OM requirement on BC is a change for 2.0 but seemed like a wise one, especially with her, Red Arrow, and Green Arrow joining the JL faction. Am I being overly cautious, though? I’m definitely open to hearing that if it’s the case.

After sitting with it, I think the way to go is just to keep it granting a normal attack action (like Karat suggested initially) to keep it more like the 1.0 version. Leaning towards keeping it triggering off of her ordered activation only, though, to cover for her being added to the JL faction and for the wider granting of that d20 boost. That way you can't stack it with like a triple activation from JL Superman or something.
