The figure used for this unit is a Nano Metalfigs figure from the GI Joe set.
Its name is Duke.

Character Bio - Duke is field commander and second-in-command of the G.I. Joe team after Hawk. He was at the top of his class at Fort Benning, attended U.S. Army Special Language school, has undergone Special Forces training, and worked with South Vietnamese tribesmen. He was also an instructor in four different Special Forces schools. Despite his accomplishments, he has repeatedly turned down any officer commissions offered to him. He believes a commander's place is with his troops, not behind the battle lines.

COORDINATED ATTACKS
After taking a turn with Duke or a Commando Hero that ends its turn within 6 clear sight spaces of Duke, you may choose a Unique Hero you control that does not have the Super Strength special power and has not yet taken a turn this player turn. You may reveal and remove an Order Marker on this card and take a turn with that Hero.

Really like where Real American Heroes landed. It’s an elegant way to increase faction synergy.

Sounds like Patriotic is a good personality. But I don’t know the character.

It really could go either way on personality. He is very patriotic, but also extremely loyal to his troops.

Loyal strikes me as a little off for a commander. We generally use it for pets and the like in C3G as far as I remember off the top of my head. I understand what you’re trying to go for there but I don’t like Loyal here.

JOE FIELD COMMANDER
After moving Duke, you may choose up to 2 other Soldier figures you control and move them up to 4 spaces each. Then yYou may then move any unrevealed Order Markers from anyon cards you control to the any of the cards of the chosen heroes' cards.

COORDINATED ATTACKS
After any Soldier figure you control within 6 clear sight spaces of Duke takes a turn, you may remove an unrevealed Order Marker onfrom the card of any unique hero you control that does not have the Super Strength special power and take a turn with that figure.

Isn't Unique Hero usually capitalized, Karat?

I think we need a ruling either way if revealing an Order Marker mid-turn essentially counts as a fresh "OM reveal" for characters that care about those kinds of powers. Like Grunt says;

...you cannot attack with any other figures until you reveal another Order Marker.

Does revealing an OM for Coordinated Attacks count as revealing an Order Marker for that power?

Does someone like Jason get to use his "when an opponent reveals a numbered OM" power if the opponent reveals that OM using a power like Turtle Power or the Time Stone?

You aren't revealing the OM though, just removing it, but to answer your question, if you were to reveal it, yes I think it should count.
