Depends on what you want your second army to be, but I would say the first or third is the best.

I'd go with army 3, as once that one courier dies order markers will be a little harder. You'd have to put markers on Zaeus, Kursus, or Otamashi(if she's still alive). With Army 2, special attacks will rip through it with the bulk of your army being Gorillinators but only two places for order markers. Army 3 has the Krav Maga to help deal with ranged special attacks and only has two places to put order markers.

This guy hit the table for the first time last night and we had some debate about him. We ended up house ruling it, but I came here to find the answer. And thank goodness, I found the answer. The house rule is clearly wrong and will be amended...

Correct. If you take a turn with Zaeus using the Gorillitroopers' Primadon Strategic Attack Bonding, then you cannot also take a turn with Gorillinators using Zaeus's Gorillinator Attack Bonding since an Order Marker was not revealed on Zaeus's card.
