Not bad actually - 3 wounds on Wong ain't insignificant considering it's just a bonus turn, and he did force Victor to make a hit on him that would have been much better served by shooting someone actually dangerous - for 60 points and no Order Markers, that's a damn good contribution.

I'm not more worried about any of them with Doom than I am with any other high-priced magic user. I don't see any particularly problematic interactions he has.

Doom benefits from some big attack rolls and manages to take down the Asgardian Ladies inside three rounds. Unfortunately, his d20 rolls don't go so well.

He gets saved from negating himself twice by Batman before he's destroyed for the first time. Decoy of Doom comes up a 2; too low even for Demon Batman to salvage. With Doom going down early, Odin leads the Asgardian Warriors (both unwounded at the time of Doom's demise) to a sizable victory.

Stronger showing for Doom here. He goes down quickly at first, but comes back into the game and doles out some damage before going down. (Yet again, missing a chance at a Doombot revival due to a super-low roll) Notably, he takes out Reed (and an OM with him), depriving the remaining Adventurers of their leadership.

Surfer and Thing, with a paltry 2 wounds each, are poised to do some real damage to the Justice League, but subpar defense rolls from the both of them give the momentum back to the JL, who take the match by a respectable margin.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: The Batman/Doom team-up still makes for a viable strategy, but N'Astirh puts a high premium on it, and brings little else to the team for his hefty cost (except perhaps a convenient teleport for Batman, on a map with little clear sight). DoomBats can't so easily dominate in the larger arena the strategy is now confined to.

Comments on Figure's Impact on Results: Dr Doom is central to any army you put him in, and he's undoubtedly having a big impact on the outcomes.

Alright. Fifteen games in and he's looking pretty sound. YK thought he could maybe be a bit more expensive, but otherwise the testers liked him at his current price point, which he stayed at throughout public testing.

I'm proposing we move to Final Editing at 345 points.
