Re: Tickle Does the Public Design Thing...
You're going to have a default class printed on the card. So unless it's a third class, you only need the class changing effect on one bullet. If he is a Scientist as a default, then it's mechanically pointless for him to have his class changed to Scientist.
Now if you wanted to make it relevant, you could always have him pick each round. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: Tickle Does the Public Design Thing...
NAME = Spider-Man
SECRET IDENTITY = Peter Parker SPECIES = Mutate UNIQUENESS = Unique Hero CLASS = Adventurer or Scientist PERSONALITY = Tricky SIZE/HEIGHT = Medium 5 LIFE = 5 MOVE = 6 RANGE = 4 ATTACK = 5 DEFENSE = 7 POINTS = ??? FUTURE FOUNDATION RECRUIT Before rolling for initiative, choose Scientist or Adventurer. If you choose: • Scientist, for this round, Spider-Man has that class and whenever you reveal an Order Marker on this card, instead of taking a turn with Spider-Man you may instead take a turn with two Small Heroes you control. • Adventurer, for this round, Spider-Man has that class and whenever Spider-Man uses his Web Swing Special power, you may choose an unengaged friendly medium figure or up to 2 small figures adjacent to Spider-Man and place any chosen figures adjacent to Spider-Man after moving him. WEB SWING 2 Instead of his normal move, Spider-Man may use his Web Swing. Web Swing has a move of 2. When counting spaces for Spider-Man's Web Swing movement, ignore elevations. Spider-Man may swing over water without stopping, swing over figures without becoming engaged, and swing over obstacles such as ruins. Spider-Man may not Web Swing more than 40 levels up or down in a single Web Swing. If Spider-Man is engaged when he starts to Web Swing, he will not take any leaving engagement attacks. After using Web Swing 2, you may use it two additional times. SUPER STRENGTH |

Re: Tickle Does the Public Design Thing...
I'd definitely limit his turn-distributing to small Scientist or Adventurer heroes. Otherwise he can take turns with small Lanterns, Rocket Raccoon, etc.

Re: Tickle Does the Public Design Thing...
I'd probably start with Scientist on the card, just for the "starts in the lab, then called to Adventure as needed" theme.
Haven't read Spidey in the Future Foundation at all. Is he basically a glorified babysitter? That seems to be what the mechanics are going for here. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: Tickle Does the Public Design Thing...
I mean...it's not too far off?
Basically, after Johnny dies, the rest of the group splits/expands into 2 branches, the Future Foundation and the First Family. First Family is your traditional F4 group, with Pete taking the place of Johnny. Future Foundation is basically a Reed-lead academy/think tank, where super genius kids do crazy science stuff. Spidey is kind of in that group too? Like he doesn't do much science stuff cause he's not as smart as the rest of them, but he does do a fair bit of "protect the kids" and morale stuff. I think the main sell here is definitely "Spidey that works in an F4/FF build!" but hypothetically if we filled out the dual-branch FF faction, it would be a lot of kids, so letting Spidey help them out makes some sense. |

Re: Tickle Does the Public Design Thing...
MrNobody summarized it well. That comic run also wasn't too long so I think this can be kinda a Spidey works with the Fan 4. Wanted to keep it just small so you can draft him in a Fan 4 army with the Power Pack.

Re: Tickle Does the Public Design Thing...
OK. Thanks. Was trying to figure out if there was potential for a third "do something more on his turn with him" power, but nothing is really popping from that bio.

Re: Tickle Does the Public Design Thing...
Honest thoughts, I think we could ditch the class switch and it would give us more room to expand on other thematic stuff. But if that's what is exciting Tickle about the design, I think it's a decent representation of the era.
If we are looking for directions to expand into, I think this could be our fiercely determined "I'm gonna save everybody!" Spidey. |

Re: Tickle Does the Public Design Thing...
I was considering suggesting it earlier. Seems like a fit, and seems like something appropriate for Spidey in general.

Re: Tickle Does the Public Design Thing...
Fwiw, I had the Spider-Armor version of Spidey (from the "No One Dies" arc) down as our probable Heroic Duty (or similar) version.
