THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY:
Impressive damage continues to be a trend. Makes incredible use of Lex's -1 Def. in combination with his high special attack and 12th Level Intellect option to reduce a shield.

Just to error on the safe side, because he can be scary, I'm lowering the range of the SA to 3(giving the opponent a hair more safety early game), the additional figures to 3(never needed 4), and increasing the wounds needed to remove a marker to 3(this can be crippling when it happened). Ease of headspace with all the same numbers, and that slight reigning in should also help lower the ceiling ever so slightly.

I propose a vote to move to Final Editing at 455.

Still catching up here. Results look good, I like the design, feels right for the character. Yea

My only thought is if we specify Order Markers can be removed. I almost want to rule that Order Markers aren't considered markers since it makes other clarity easier. Unless we've used this terminology before, I don't recall.

So if we did that we just add a line that says he can also remove Order Markers, and then we make an "official" ruling that OMs aren't markers and vice versa. Not sure if I'm the only one who feels that way. OMs and card markers are functionally complete different, so it feels weird to lump them together.

We've already done this effect with Green Lantern (Simon Baz) and I don't think he was the first.

Yeah, I think ruling that OMs don't count as markers feels like more trouble than it's worth.

Zatanna and Atom Eve were ones where we went out of our way to specify non-Order Marker, so it seems established that markers includes any type of marker by default.
