C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I'd probably go something like this for the first power:

PROTECTIVE INSTINCT
If a friendly Rebel within 6 clear sight spaces of Sabretooth is targeted for an attack by an enemy figure, you may immediately move Sabretooth adjacent to that Rebel, if possible. He will not take any leaving engagement attacks. If a friendly Rebel adjacent to Sabretooth is attacked by an enemy figure, add 1 die to its defense and, if it would receive one or more wounds, you may have Sabretooth receive any number of those wounds instead.

"Add 1 die" isn't really standard language for us, but it has precedent and it's tough to word stuff for friendly figures with our normal constructions.

I put an "immediately" in there as well, which I think is warranted... we don't really need the "if possible" but I don't mind it here.
