I'm with MrNobody on liking the symmetry with the Bolas and liking the idea of shutting down all clear sight. You shouldn't be able to see/direct your own guys either when your eyes are melting.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Oh yeah, that's a good one! Daredevil should 100% be immune to pepper spray, IMO.

Daredevil is definitely immune. Yes it would burn, but Blind Warrior covers the fact that Pepper Spray does not effect him.

*edit* I guess technically only DD II is immune, DD I would still feel the effects.

Whenever a special power refers to the Blind Warrior special power, it refers to this special power as well.
This would apply to the Glyph too... Dagger also doesn't reference the power at all.

Well try Dr. Light then if you really need to find it. Someone referenced the Radar Sense power to specifically not effect DDI before DDII came along and we changed it to Blind Warrior.

BLINDING LIGHT
Opponents' figures within 5 clear sight spaces of Doctor Light cannot use attacks or special powers that require clear sight. Figures with the Blind Warrior or Sensory Assault special power are not affected by Blinding Light.

The glyph we are discussing currently doesn't reference the Blind Warrior power at all. The Blind Warrior power itself prevents DDII from having any other power effect his range number.

BLIND WARRIOR
Daredevil cannot be prevented from choosing a figure to attack by any special power on any Army Card or Glyph. When Daredevil attacks a figure on a Shadow Tile, that figure does not receive any additional defense dice for the Shadow Tile.

Glyph of Utility: Pepper Spray
When this glyph comes into play, place 3 Red Pepper Spray Markers on this card. After moving and before attacking, you may choose a figure within 2 clear sight spaces. roll a 20-sided die. If you roll a 12 or higher, place a Pepper Spray Marker on the chosen figure's card. A figure with a Pepper Spray Marker on its card cannot target a non-adjacent figure for an attack. When an affected figure ends its turn on a water space or is destroyed, remove the Pepper Spray Marker on its card from the game. Instead of taking a turn with an affected figure, the player controlling that figure may remove that Pepper Spray Marker from the game. Android figures are not affected by Pepper Spray.
