It's dead even after I voted Hobgoblin (sorry, Rover, but you're not on my Bat Bucket List!).
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Feel the same way. Hobgoblin is just not that creative to me. It feels like another Superman remake instead delving into new material.
