I have seen Castle sets as low as $11 with free shipping. Those seem to be in plentiful supply. Keep looking you will find a great deal on them.

Reminds me of the lot I saw where Tor-Kul-Na was missing his head, Jotun's sword was broken in half, and Nilfheim's right wing looked like it had been chewed on. Some people must purposely destroy their Heroscape; how else would figures like Tor-Kul-Na lose their heads?
