Killometer, apparently you didn't go on to look at the next page of people. *looks at my penguin* High post count isn't the only thing that gets people reputation. You're simply the 20th highest post count of the people who have been penguinized.
Don't think of it as being outnumbered. Think of it as having a wide shot selection!

I'm guessing that he means when you hover over the rep bars, some have "is a penguin with a machine gun," which happens with both Killometer (11 bars) and myself (12 bars).
