Nice! Which expansion does this guy belong to?

He's one of the heroes in Wave 8, Defenders of Kinsland.

Notice also the bottom part of the card for Sujoah, the dragonfly/scorpion thing at the top. We can see he has Flying, costs 185, and att/def of 4/4.

Wow!

I know there will be massive discussion about this guy's cost... but at first glance he unites and fixes the samurai army in a way that is unique from any other army's theme.

The disciplined samurai army is indeed all about maintaining formations or distance to maximize the strengths of who you can engage for counterstrike while being in range of your range support AND Hatomoto Taro... yes it's a pain in the whazoo to move all those unbonded units with any sort of coheshion when you have to try and plan reactions to your opponent also.

Now with a fully armored DAIMYO to stand right next to Taro, all the advantage of making the most out of opportunities presented by your opponents moves are yours. Its the same thing Red Skull offers to heros, but with this guy you can micromanage any section of your army at your convienance.

Pricey.... but its huge if you read your oppenent well and maintain the walls of counterstriking death you'll need to build around your Daimyo to protect him... Samuria's giving theyre life for their lord and all that
