Thanks for hearing me out. I was hoping there was a simple connection between themed recruits from the comics (like all humans, or all non-SS, all melee, etc.) to avoid more testing, but it sounds like they are pretty different.

Yeah, having Luke stick to what he was and letting Misty just herself get the Knights synergy sounds like a good workaround that doesn't change anything. I've never personally been huge into mass recruiting for this reason (But it makes sense in like, the Avengers). The more mixing and matching, the more individual factions lose a bit of identity.

Or yeah, like YK said having a specific hook would be cool. But if thematically she should work with anyone then the above sounds good.

Knight makes Marvel a Marvel Knight. Marvel makes Fist and Knight Avengers. First round both teams met quick and competed for high ground, but both teams defenses held up. Second round exchanges were had and the F lost Invisible Woman, lots of offensive output, same for round 3 where Luke fell at the end. Round 4 Mr F whiffed turn1 and left the FF vulnerable and the whole team fell after that. Overall relatively even match until that happened.
Misty was moved up early game, and would have seen more action in Marvel turns after Luke fell, but Marvel and Fist quickly wiped the board after Reed tripped and dropped the OMs.

This was overall a very fun solid team that I recommend playing.

Damage Done (Normal Attack): Inflicted 0 wounds.
HEROES FOR HIRE: Defense bonus was nice, but rarely made a difference. Luke went with Danny over Carol most of the time, but Carol was great after Luke was defeated and cleaned up along with Danny.
FIGHTER COMLINK: Useful, almost forgot a couple times.
CYBERNETIC ARM: Didn’t come up.

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Ms Marvel 3/5 left, Iron Fist 2/5 left, Misty Knight full.

Misty makes Thor a Knight and Thor makes Luke an Avenger for the ultimate tag-team. Godzilla gets caught between the two and deals a fair amount of damage, mostly using the +4 on Thor since Punisher who was moved up by Misty hurts Godzilla for moving anyway. Godzilla finally defeats Thor at the end of round 2 and then Punisher defeats Godzilla at the start of round 3 with Punishing Shot on a Luke turn. Knights had initiative the whole time, but otherwise Godzilla couldn’t have done a ton better against them.

Damage Done (Normal Attack): Inflicted 0 wounds.
HEROES FOR HIRE: Defense bonus was nice, it helped Thor shrug another wound or two. Luke and Thor dealt a ton of damage to Godzilla.
FIGHTER COMLINK: Useful in positioning Punisher to keep Godzilla trapped.
CYBERNETIC ARM: Didn’t come up.

THOUGHTS
The strength tests seem like the teams are on the line between really good and slightly broken. The games still felt like if FF or Godzilla could have just held out a little longer they could have beat the Knights team. I don’t wanna fight the results here, so short of another test, I'd agree the best option seems to be to cut MK option from Luke (as opposed to cutting from Misty), since the issue has just been when the I’ve Got Your Back combo is too strong with high attackers.

Probably the healthiest choice. Can always have someone else do something with them too later on if needed.

So our choices are to keep working on Misty...or completely reversing our decision on the entire MK faction and change 8 other cards?

Just changing Luke Cage back to Street Fighter and Fighters for I've Got Your Back.
All the retesting was because of Luke's combo, any future bonuses or recruitments for Marvel Knights faction will also run into similar concerns.

An alternative could possibly be pricing Misty at like 210 and I could run another test like that, but there was already concern about her cost being high so I didn't mention it.
