Character Bio - After receiving an Asgardian energy crystal from Thor, Tony Stark proceeded to study its mystic power. Not long after, Doctor Doom orchestrated an Asgardian invasion of the Soviet Union, leading to Thor showing signs of evil when he was consumed by his newfound power, the Odin-Force. Noticing Thor's growing power over Odin and confiding in Doctor Doom, Tony Stark crafted the Thorbuster armor, bringing the heat to Thor in an epic battle for world security.

If Iron Man inflicts one or more wounds with this special attack, place the defending figure, if possible, on an empty space that is exactly X spaces away from its original placement and directly away from Iron Man in a straight line. X is the number of wounds inflicted. If an Asgardian is moved by this special power, you may immediately reveal an "X" Order Marker on this card to roll one unblockable attack die against the defending figure for each wound it received from the attack. Figures moved by this special power will not take leaving engagement attacks and will take any falling damage that may apply.

When defending against a normal attack from a figure that is not an Asgardian, the most wounds Iron Man can take from this attack is one.

The mini for this guy is wicked expensive (here), however, this mini is very bulky and could easily be painted to look like Thorbuster. I'll try my hand, although I'm a terrible painter.

Can someone briefly explain how Tony Stark enhanced his armor so it has Magical Defense?

To be clear, I'm not questioning the power. I just want to hear the background story.

The Asgardian Crystal empowers the armor and allows it to absorb and manipulate Asgardian energies effectively giving him Odin Force. It was even able to stop Mjolnir in mid-flight.

I'm happy with what you've got. Suit Eject would have been interesting but is probably too finicky to make worth it.

Crystal power!

For the Thorbuster power, I'd drop Magical Defense figures from subtracting defense dice. They usually have low defense anyway because they have Magical Defense and this Iron man has Magical Defense so he can get through that.

Plus, Enchantress would be double-dipping.

I'd make this tweak:

THORBUSTER
Iron Man rolls 3 additional attack dice when attacking an adjacent figure. Asgardians roll 2 fewer defense dice, to a minimum of 1 die against Iron Man’s normal attack. When Iron Man makes an adjacent attack, he may not use his Double Attack power.

Then add Double Attack as well.

Oye - no thanks on adding a power and adding a line about it not working in certain scenarios to another power. Elegant that is not.

I agree about avoiding the Enchantress double dipping by taking the Magical Defense reference out of Thorbuster, though.

And I agree with Bats in not adding Double Attack and then taking it out in one of the powers.

Have you thought about using this mini? It's technically the Extremis Armor, but we have this mini for that.
