yea

The quick kill of squad/common heroes and even the likes of Wasp I will be good, but the required d20 roll and giving up of your move to cast should keep it fairly in check I would think. Maybe start out at something like 20 points?

No idea on balance but I'm fine with the effects. Ultimately you might want to split the two "halves" into bullet points, so it's clear they're independent abilities.

Right on. Pretty open to tweaking all the numbers here. Could focus more on the Range reduction and make the wounding aspect less attractive.
