Re: Who is #1 and who is not?
A few (likely very obvious) thoughts:
I'd take... Krug ... if it were largely punch for punch (esp. if points count in some way) Q9 ... if Range were particularly important Nilfheim ... if flying were particularly important Kaemon Awa ... if being single-spaced and ranged were important Cyprien ... if being single-spaced and flying were important New? Re: Who is #1 and who is not?
As others have mentioned, I think the match up calculator is a toe-to-toe, blow-for-blow scenario that assumes the units will have roughly the same number of turns and no height advantage.
Also, I am surprised no one has mentioned Braxis. At 8 life, the ability to fly, and an ability like Sudema's, she is a definite contender. However the large and huge heroes would be safe. I'd stand by Q9 if it were to be a "best of" or swiss style or round-robin match up. His soulborg largeness is just so safe. |

Re: Who is #1 and who is not?
Nilfheim would be my star contender. As several people can attest too, I love that big ol' Ice dragon, perhaps more than I should.
Just wish he wasn't so finicky for me. My Map Thread My Battle Blog and Strategy Blog and Article Links. OVAH site. Sept. 19, 2010 - ITS A BOY |

Re: Who is #1 and who is not?
Its all up to opinion and the scenario. I personal love Syvarris and Sargent drake but squads like Airborne Elites and Tarn viking warriors are up there.

Krug beats Braxis 14.483% of the time. (someone elses's suggestion). Doe Braxis win? I don't care enough to go through all of the matchups. I still have to stand in awe of Krug's ability to smack down many times his weight in points. KRUG SMASH! ME LOVE KRUG! |

Re: Who is #1 and who is not?
What about Su-Bak-Na??? he is cheaper than Jotun and can Fly. I like Nilfheim too, but to exspensive for a 600 point game.

Re: Who is #1 and who is not?
OK, you take Isamu and I'll take Krug, best out of ten wins?
