The idea of the Batmobile being a good counter to him right now is kinda fun. After it got one-shotted in my last test, I was worried it wasn't all that great, so I don't mind the boost.

Its only full cover vehicles. Partial cover will be just the same to him. So right now its yes a boon to the Batmobile, and also potentially a massive nerf on maps with heavy LOS blockers. My tests weren't on any such maps so I can't fully attest to just how much that might knock him down. Abundance of LOS blockers on competitive maps is relatively hit and miss, being either highly sparse in the typical area of combat, or very very heavy in the relevant zone.

I lean toward A here - I think letting him play hide and seek is appropriate, and I don't really love certain figures that shouldn't, thematically, be immune to his chaos dodge it. Just because he can't see you doesn't mean whatever shenanigans he's doing won't affect you.

Oh I thought I already told @Karat to go with the no sight. There was a decent enough amount of interest in no sight without firm opposition, coupled with most of the hesitance with no sight being more corner cases. I feel we'll be able to make the final call either way based on a set with no sight requirement, even if we decide to backpedal.

- Give a brief overview. This match up seemed really good for him. Having Ozy helped steal turns from the opponent and Chimp provided boosts for Jokers team. I don't think I played Joker as well as I could have here. I think had I moved Joker up some more he could have had some more impact here than he did, but he still managed to drop 2 figures.

Ozy finds the X, Chimp finds the 3 on Hawkeye. Shenanigans have initiative. In T1 Rogers moves an OM from Joker and Ozy to Nightcrawler and advances, and Venom and Hawkeye move up. In T2 Nightcrawler Bamfs up and it's EnGarde with Venom giving him a wound, and Venom disengages to engage Roger's and give him 2 wounds (whiff). In T3 Nightcrawler Bamfs into engagement with Hawkeye giving him a wound, and Hawkeye hits Nightcrawler with a Special Arrow for a wound.

Ozy finds the 3 and outside it in Nightcrawler. Chimp finds the 2. Avengers have initiative. In T1 Hawkeye runs away and uses a Special Arrow on Roger's giving him a wound, and Roger's shifts an OM from Ozy to himself and from Hoker to Nightcrawler and moves up hitting Hawkeye for a wound. In T2 Venom wants to Tango but Rogers says no and Venom doesn't take the rejection well and hits him for a wound, and Nightcrawler Bamfs up into engagement with Venom and Hawkeye. In T3 OM Removed, and Nightcrawler Bamds around Venom giving him 2 wounds.

Ozy finds the 1 and gives it to Nightcrawler. Chimp finds the 2. Avengers have initiative. In T1 OM removed, and Roger's moves an OM from Ozy to Nightcrawler and an OM from Joker to himself and punches Venom for a wound. In T2 Venom takes a wound from photonic Shield, and Nightcrawler Bamfs around finishing off Venom. In T3 OM on Venom, and Nightcrawler Bamfs around giving Hawkeye a wound.

In T1 Cap moves up and Hawkeye uses a Special Arrow on Rogers, and Rogers shifts an OM from himself and Ozy to Nightcrawler and whiffs. In T2 OM removes, and Joker moves up shooting down Hawkeye. In T3 Meta moves up attacking Rogers taking a wound, and Rogers moves an OM fron Nightcrawler to Joker and Joker moves up.

This was a rough match where the Fan 4 pretty much dominated the entire thing, but once Joker entered he almost swing it back the other way with his Reorganized Chaos and his "Wanna Hear Another?" takingout Invisibleand bringing Torch to the brink of Death but then he ran into Thing and managed to give him a wound but thing really put a damper on Joker's ability to put down key figures.

Criminals have initiative even with Penguins negative. In T1 Angel flies Penguin up onto the Dam, and Invisible and Fantastic move up. In T2 the Goons and Scorpion move up, and Thing moves up and Fantastic runs up taking out a Goon. In T3 the Goons close in but neither they nor Scorpion land a wound on Fantastic (even without Invisible's aura), and Thing moves in punching Scorpion for 4 wounds (5/6 skulls vs 1/6 shields!) Torch flies in blasting away a Goon invisible flies in finishing off Scorpion allowing Fantastic to Stretch Walk to height on the last 2 Goons taking 1 out.

Fan 4 Have Initiative but ruh roh, Fantastic's OMs get Reorganized with 2 going onto Invisible. In T1 Torch flies up giving Scarecrow a wound and Fantastic misses the last Goon, and Scarecrow moves in Gassing the Area and giving Torch 3 wounds. In T2 Sue Flies in finishing off the last Goon, OM on Goons. In T3 Sue flies to height finishing off Scarecrow nut leaving Thing unprotected, and Firefly flew up. Fear gas is destroyed.

Fan 4 Have Initiative but ruh roh, Fantastic's OMs get Reorganized with 2 going onto Invisible. In T1 Invisible missed Firefly, and Firefly flies up missing Invisible. In T2 Invisible gives Firefly 2 wounds, and Firefly gives Invisible a wound. In T3 Thing runs down the road and Fantastic Stretch Walks over and finishes off Firefly, and Joker moves up missing Thing.

In T1 Invisible flies up blasting Joker for a wound, and Joker moves up next to Invisible whispering raunchy jokes in her ear till she passes out and then turns his affection on her brother giving him a wound (4 attacks). In T2 OM on Invisible, and Homer took position in her spot and begins mocking her to her brother but Torch isn't having it. In T3 Torch flies off towards the Dam Thing hing Trudges through the snow giving Joker a wound and Fantastic Stretch Walks to even height with Joker giving him a wound, and Joker tries to tell Thing all the things he Saw Torch do with his sister but Thing is too hard headed to listen.

In T1 Torch flies to the top of the Damn going Supernova takingnout Angel and giving Penguin 2 wounds (4/7 skulls) Thing punched a snowman instead of Joker and Fantastic missed Joker, and Joker misses Thing. In T2 a depowered Torch engages Penguin who invests in his own Welfair shutting down Torch's turn, and Joker tests out some Jokes on Thing giving him a wound. In T3 Penguin invests in his own well being shutting down Torch's turn, and Penguin misses Torch.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: 190 seems fine after these tests. Maybe a little high as you really have to plan around him with only 8 spaces and needing to lose initiative.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: He definitely feels better. Less I'm going to screw up your whole game and more im going to mess up your tactics but then "Oops! I slipped up. You caught me Batsy." Comes out.
