I think we're ready to go at 50 points. Personally, I think the attack of 0 is a cool way to represent the droid being programmed with the Hippocratic Oath. But I wouldn't object to an attack of 1, as it would so rarely affect gameplay.

Instead of attacking, you may choose an adjacent friendly figure that is not a Droid, Vehicle, or Weapon who follows the Rebel Alliance and remove up to two wound markers from the chosen figure's Army Card.

Did the unit perform adequately? What should be the unit's point value? Give a brief summary.
2-1B healed 2 wounds off of the Rebel Captain, which helped the Rebels keep their offensive presence longer. I think 50 points is a good fit.

Units: Army 1: 2-1B, Princess Leia, Rebel Captain x1, Rebel Troopers x4 (475) VS Army 2: Quasatch Hunters x4, Zettian Guards (470)

Leia w/1 wound & 3 Rebel Troopers win.

Pre-game thoughts: The Quasatch & Zettians should have trouble getting quick damage on the Rebel heroes, allowing 2-1B to shine.

Round 1: OMs- 123 Rebel Captain. 123 Quasatch.
The Rebel Captain chooses to have his forces stay in the start zone and force the Quasatch to come to them. 2 Quasatch & 3 Rebel Troopers perish.

Round 2: OMs- 123 Rebel Captain. 123 Quasatch.
3 Rebel Troopers and 3 Quasatch die, then the Rebels relax while the Quasatch slow-roll towards them.

Round 3: OMs- 123 Rebel Captain. 123 Quasatch.
The Rebels take down 4 more of the Quasatch, but not before the Quasatch kill one Rebel Trooper, inflict 2 wounds on the Captain, and inflict one wound on 2-1B and Leia.

Round 4: OMs- 1 2-1B, 23 Rebel Captain. 123 Quasatch.
2-1B opens the round by healing 2 wounds from the Captain. The Quasatch kill 2 Rebel Troopers and 2-1B, along with putting a wound on the Rebel Captain. The Rebels manage to finish off the Quasatch.

Round 5: OMs- 123 Leia. 123 Zettians.
The Zettians kill the Rebel Captain, but Leia destroys the two Zettians easily.

I thought the attack of 0 was appropriate for a medical droid as well. The same issue occurs with C3PO.

I think 0 makes the most sense. Most non-battle droids were programmed not to harm beings, plus you have the Hippocratic Oath like Arch-vile mentioned.

I remember of a "medical" droïd used by Dooku before the battle of Geonosis to torture Obi-Wan... (unless it was in Clone Wars with Quinlan Vos ?! ) These droïds are also made to hurt prisoners whether it be with electrical shocks or with poison syringe.

You mean like the ones in Episode 4? Black and hovers with a giant needle? That's a torture droid. If I remember they heal the enemy so they can torture them more (much like a demon in D&D if I remember that looks like a weevil).

Edit: I believe that droid is a 2-1B, but it's been modified. Still seems to be like the torture droids though.

Yes, in fact most of the torture droids were modified medical droids.
From the link I put above :

AX/RX was a modified MD-series medical specialist droid [...]. Kh'aris used it as a torture droid, utilizing its knowledge of the anatomy to inflict maximum pain.

And

The MD-series medical specialist droid was a line of medical droids manufactured by Industrial Automaton as a counterpart to the 2-1B surgical droid to which they bore a very similar cosmetic appearance.

Thus, in fact it's more the AX/RX models that were used to torture, and they looks very similar to the 2-1B models. ^^

You could always go with the approach from C3G Green Construct Shield, which has a specific power stating that he cannot attack. It would be a one or two line power that would just add a tidbit of theme to the card. Like so:

Hippocratic Programming
2-1B may never attack an enemy figure or make leaving engagement attacks.

Simple, and it also keeps him from making LE attacks, which would also break theme.

I like this idea, and it would be very thematic.

I'm okay with that direction. I don't really think it changes the design to a point that you need more tests. He seems ready to me at 50.

I wouldn't call it Hippocratic though. Hippocrates is a very Earth-centric concept.
