Not yet, because new designs are still on hold for everyone until Colossus is released and we vote to officially begin the new process.

EDIT: But you're free to start working on your design privately and just not post it until it's the right time (that's what we do). Given your list, I would say you could do Arkillo. Aquaman is already in the pipeline by one of the heroes.

We should vote to make it official over in private, but, yeah, it's looking like Arkillo is a good pick. I'll be working on Sinestro as soon as we get started again if you ever want to trade notes.

It's official - Arkillo is your guy, Scapemage. Though the other heroes have requested I work closely with you since I'll be working on Sinestro soon. Pm me when you like and we can trade some design notes - let me know what you might have in mind for him, I'll let you know what I'm planning for Sinestro, etc.
That said, no posting any designs yet - we're still working on Colossus, so we're all at a standstill for new designs in the meantime.

Sounds good. Isn't there still a brainstorming phase though? We could get some synergy on these two, maybe even something against green lantern.

Hmm ... good point. I'm not sure how we were planning on running the brainstorming for public threads. Maybe we should just let you post a thread for the unit and open it up to brainstorming ideas, but not post an actual write up for the unit until we open back up to new designs.
What do others think about this approach?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, but my classes are almost done with, and I have some extra time now, so I was wondering what I could do to help out, now? I know guys just are finishing up another set, but anything to do in the meantime?

Yes, I've just started Arkillo, a public design thread, and there is playtesting sign-up linked in the directory. You can playtest units and help out with Arkill.
