Not concerned about being stronger than Gargan. This is Eddie who I already consider stronger as Venom than Gargan, and he's pretty beefy while Anti-Venom.

What's this about Crime Fighters?

Yeah I don't care/know about thematics, just comparing the 2 in stats and abilities, I feel like 270-280 might seem like a good starting point. (But I am pretty frequently off-base about such things.)

Songbird turns Repentant dudes and Criminals into Crime Fighters.

I like it. For a cost (Songbird) you can change his class so he works better with Spidey and friends. The Citizen V Thunderbolts are based off the Charlatan class, so I don't feel like he's getting roped into anything horribly non-thematic.

I was trying to give him synergy with Spidey by giving him Swing Line. Didn't realize he had it either way.

If it's literally just Songbird turning him into a Crime Fighter, I'm fine with it.

Yeah, the potential Thunderbolts tie would be to latter-era Thunderbolts where they're former crooks that are genuinely reformed, or at least trying. I don't think he'd look out of place at all.

And yeah, he's just eligible to be chosen as Songbird's one figure she turns into a Crime Fighter. That's the extent of it.
