|
What are our official units of measurment in Britian?
I went to school in the 80s and learned metres for measureing
exept height which is feet ive always calculated my weight as stone and measured liquid in litres and MPH for speed What are our (UK) official units of measurement because mine are different from my parents

Welcome to the site! I think you may have this wrong on two counts, first count: 'unit' in this case means mini-figures for the game of heroscape (hence the name of the forum), second count: if you do a search, there is a UK heroscapers thread that this would fit into.

Official Units! I love it. I don't care if this thread is a joke or a genuine misunderstanding; it's hilarious either way!
Looking for a way to get casual players involved in Heroscape? Do your opponents lack the interest or knowledge to build/draft their own armies? If so, check out Project 500!

In the case of heroscape, official units means the figures that have been designed, playtested and manufactured by the company currently producing heroscape. (Hasbro, now WotC)
In addition, Heroscape, unlike many (and possibly all) miniatures games does not measure in inches, centimetres or any other unit. All measuring and moving is done in spaces.

I doubt it's a bot. There would be a link to try to sell something or give a virus.

Could someone really have gotten to this form only to ask about the official units of their country?
(If you google 'Official Units' the Heroscapers.com Blastatron page is the last link on the first page, so it could be possible though likely)
