That restriction would significantly depower it, which I think is OK. I don't think he's known for his leadership, so having to keep his allies close makes sense.

I'd try that and 310 so he and Rocksteady can be tested at a base of 600. Lobo is probably his better partner right now due to the healing and the hook power.

Too Dumb to Fall saved Bebop 3 times.

Mr. Fantastic is Lobo’s Bounty. Human Torch and Invisible Woman led the charge onto the cliffs for the Fantastic Four. They picked off Trickster with some sly moves early, but that provided an opening for the brawlers to move up. Lobo failed multiple times to pull Mister Fantastic away from Invisible Woman, and both Rocksteady and Bebop were beaten nearly to death. Too Dumb to Fall kept them going long enough for Lobo to succeed at his task and eliminate Mister Fantastic. With two severely wounded blockheads and one careless dog owner left, the brawlers went off. Lobo soloed Invisible Woman over a few turns, while Human Torch went Supernova only to be taken out by Bebop. The Thing put some serious damage down and took out Rocksteady, but couldn’t handle the heat in the end.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Bebop w/ 4 wounds and Lobo w/ 1 wound.

Jean Grey is Lobo’s Bounty. Jean Grey and Angel set up early for the X-Men, which gave the advancing brawlers some trouble. Lobo managed to get in and after a long debacle rope Jean Grey and kill her. Bebop and Rocksteady stood their ground but didn’t get much done in combat as Bebop found himself engaged with Beast. Whirlwind Assault did some good work and Iceman attempted to remove some Order Markers with Deep Freeze. Trickster came to save the day with his Toy Bombs, which worked to some success. With Jean Grey and Beast gone, the focus turned to Professor X, but his guards were too vigilant to allow the brawlers to live for long.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Professor X w/ 1 wound, Iceman w/ 1 wound, Cyclops and Angel unharmed.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: The brawler faction is a fun little combo. Lobo feels right at home with these two in both theme and mechanics. 310 felt pretty good, especially considering the defensive power of Too Dumb to Fall.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: Smash! Shoddy Gun was rarely ideal here, but it’s good fun to run around and beat up people.

C3G STANDARD PLAYTEST FEEDBACK FORM

NAME OF THE PLAYTEST UNIT: Bebop @310

Units: Bebop @310, Rocksteady, Ragdoll (700) vs TMNT (700)

Spoiler Alert!

In the first round, Bebop and Rocksteady move up fast, while the Turtles are a little slower to roll out. Rocksteady gets a couple wounds on Raph, and then Leo jumps in and puts a couple wounds on Bebop.

In the second round, the Turtles take initiative and go all-in on a big Turtle Power turn, but they don't roll that hot. They almost take out Bebop, but don't quite get him, and barely put a dent in Rocksteady. Bebop and the Rocksteady had the rest of the round to do some damage, and used that time to destroy Raph and Don. (Bebop got Raph and Rocksteady got Don) Things look pretty good for the Brawlers at this point, but....

In the third round, the Turtles got initiative again and Leo managed to take out Bebop - Too Dumb to Fall kicked in on the first attack and protected Bebop, but then Leo beat his defense again on the second take and Bebop went down. He took an OM with him, giving Leo and Mikey some time to go after Rocksteady. Rocksteady whiffed a defense roll and took 3 wounds in one hit, putting him on the ropes unexpectedly early and leading to a Turtle victory. Ragdoll didn't hold out long as a solo act in clean-up.

Unit Summary:

Lobo chose Cap as his Bounty here, and managed to annihilate him in the first round, giving Brawler Team a big edge.

The second round was a pretty straight-up Fighters vs Brawlers rumble. Bebop and Luke succeeded in taking out each other's bonding partners mid-round, leaving them up against each other and unwounded. Luke almost got Bebop down, but then he whiffed a defense roll and took 2 wounds at once and dropped.

Bebop mopped up Bucky after that, closing out the game.

Unit Summary:

• Damage Done (Normal Attack): 0 wounds to Captain America in 1 attack, 3 wounds to Iron Fist in 3 attacks (destroyed), 5 wounds to Luke Cage in 6 attacks (destroyed), 4 wounds to Bucky in 4 attacks

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Cool to grab him and another Brawler and go nuts - Rocksteady and Lobo are both fun options for a team-up. Rocksteady appeals to me a little more in general (both for Clumsy Smash and having Too Dumb To Fall in common, if you're doing a bigger army where you're trying to leverage that), but Lobo's a better assassin if there's one figure you particularly need to take out.

Feels okay balance-wise. Liked the feel of him and Rocksteady against the Turtles.
