Congrats to MegaSilver (4-0) and ScapeRaider (3-1) who have both earned a bye and get to eliminate one of their armies for selection.

The playoffs are reverse the whip elimination. Each player picks one of their opponent's armies to play. Therefore each player has their opponent's armies listed under their name, and they will select one of those armies to play.

The Quarterfinals are on Remains of Clionesia. (Lodin x2, Treasure Glyphs x2)
The players whose names are italicized won the diceoff and decide who places first.

I just played with Simval. I lost, but what a glorious time I had! Jorhdawn killed 10 Warriors of Ashra in two turns, since they were bunched together in the start zone. Ultimately his Taelord and WoA combo won out, but it was fun there for a while.

I had difficulty choosing between the AGs and Snipers, but the AGs only have 2 supporting Swogs, so they can be weaker overall that the Snipers in my opinion. That Sniper build was devastating when I played it; and that was mostly due to the Repulsers!

Yeah, Jordhawn was crazy. She probably killed 200 points herself alone (gave a wound or two to my Syvarris). In the end, our dice were pretty close, but my Warriors of Ashra just tore his army to shreds in the end : a single squad killed Ulginesh, a wounded Arkmer, Emirron, a wounded Jordhawn and another squad of WoA. So that's like... 300 points ? Thanks Taelord !

4 attack dice + 3 defense dice with defensive agility is incredibly strong in melee. So one they reach it without being picked by range... Syvarris with an attacj of 4 was cool too : he one-shoted TW's Syvarris and put some wounds on Arkmer and Jordhawn. Overall, the game was really fun, thanks Taeblewalker.

The supplemental bracket is just a casual single elimination tournament between eight players who didn't make the playoffs and expressed interest in playing out the reverse the whip elimination style of these classic playoffs.

I just finished a good game with kevindola. I lost as usual but I had a good time anyway. I moved Woo out to the closest treasure glyph early along with a few monks. Then moved DW8K along the top of the map to get in range of the hive. kevindola swarmed the drones out and engaged some monks. Then he moved Syvarris out and took out a monk and DW8k due to a famous wiff on 8 defense dice. As the drones swarmed the monks began to trade lives with them and finally my army was reduced to 2 monks, Woo, and MFM. I moved MFM up, took out a drone, then moved to the top of the map. MFM was took some wounds from a drone and was dropped by Syvarris. My last monks were dropped by drones. Woo took out a couple of drones and then moved on Syvarris. Woo survived being surrounded by drones and downed a healing potion. He then struck out and took out a couple of drones and Syvarris. Woo then leaped to the hive and put two wounds on it before falling to the drone onslaught.
