C3G INITIAL PLAYTEST FEEDBACK FORM
NAME OF THE TEST UNIT Bad Cop - THEME TEST/ Check to see if there are any powers or stats on the test unit card that does not accurately reflect the theme or likeness of what the character would and could do. Also consider destructible objects, and whether or not this characters powers should affect them. PASS - MIRROR TEST/ Check to see if the unit were played against itself, if there would be any loops that would upset the balance of the Game. PASS - BONDING TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing Bonding abilities to make sure there are no continual Bonding possibilities that do not stop appropriately or do not stop at all. This is to prevent loops in Bonding. PASS - SYNERGIES TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing synergies to make sure there are no factors that could break the game by making any unit to powerful or too weak. PASS - POWER CHECK/ Consider the test unit and all existing units and all glyphs to compare to and check for any powers that could be over amplified and break the game. Each power must define when it takes place, who or what it affects, and What are the stipulations on the power if there are any. PASS - FUN TEST/ Consider whether or not the design was fun to play. PASS - FUN COMPETITIVE TEST/ Consider whether or not the design was fun to play against. PASS - DRAFTING TEST/ Consider whether or not this design is worth drafting. PASS - USAGE TEST/ Consider whether or not all of the powers on this card were used or at least usable. PASS - STRATEGY TEST/ Consider whether or not the design offers any real strategy or interesting tactics to the overall game. PASS Heavy Hitter or Mid-Level Hero Test - Does it pass, Yes or No? YES - What should be the unit's point value? 30 points - Give a brief overview. Bad Cops do better against melee heroes as it gives them a chance to pull off Shakedown. They struggle against ranged attacks.

_____________________________________________________________ Army Test - Does it pass, Yes or No? YES - What should be the unit's point value? 30 points - Give a brief overview. Bad Cops proved to be a nice distraction unit and helps provide a different options than Street Thugs or Bodyguards. They removed 2 OMs (X's) in this game and it didn't mean much as Wolverine got taken out very early in the game. They also put a wound on Luke Cage from range. They have their place as a nice filler unit and do pretty well with clean up. Map: Swamp Lab Units: Army 1: Bad Cop x4, Kingpin, Ventriloquist, Street Thugs x3, Black Mask, Killer Croc, Bodyguard x2 (1,005) Army 2: Flash, Wolverine, Luke Cage, Doc Ock (930)

Without a bonding figure (Kingpin) Order Marker management proved a lot tougher in this match. They still synergize nicely with Gordon though who used Call For Back Up to move all 4 of them up the board really quickly. They played nicely as filler in this game towards the end. One Bad Cop put 2w on Green Arrow and removed an OM. Another boldly triggered the Time Bomb glyph and got a roll of 3 putting 2 wounds on Hercules, Doc Ock and kills Green Arrow. Best of all the last remaining figure on Army 1 was a Bad Cop who after winning initiative took height and rolled 4 skulls from range taking out Hercules for the win!!! Map: Swamp Lab Units: Army 1: Bad Cop x4, Venom, Punisher, Batman, Robin, Alfred, Com Gordon, Beat Cops x2 (1,070) Army 2: Hercules, Echo, Green Arrow, Doc Ock, Capt America (Hasbro) (1,070)

Thanks. I'll make sure he gets tested in both individually and also in an army that has Criminals and Lawmen in it.

It'd be interesting to put him in an army with Kingpin and send him up against a Gordon/Police/Daredevil army.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Noir writeup? I certainly hope so.
Commissioner Gordon and also Jonah Hex Fancy Shooting . Yeah, it really makes more sense for this guy to be shaking down commons and not super heroes. I think you'll probably use only a few of these guys at a time because of the 4 space restrictions with On The Take, but that is part of the strategy. Thanks for the review david Quote:
