Character Bio - The development of the M-11 robot was commissioned by the nefarious Atlas Foundation as part of a circuitous plan to have Jimmy Woo inherit control of Atlas. Before M-11 could be turned over to Atlas, his creator sacrificed his own life in order to imbue him with humanity. The so-called Human Robot became a pawn of Atlas nevertheless. He was used to bring together Jimmy Woo's super-team that would become known as the Agents of Atlas, and pass on control of the Atlas Foundation to Jimmy. Embracing his humanity, M-11 grew to be truly loyal to Jimmy over the shadier elements of the Foundation.

M-11 is equipped with extensible arms that can be used to strike from a great distance, as well as a 'death ray'. He has also been blessed by the mysterious Mr. Lao with a mystical ability to repair himself. M-11's components will draw themselves together and reform even when he has been completely destroyed.

Probably a workshop or a lab would be the most sense. A retro vibe would be cool if possible - I'm kinda thinking of like, the old-school cinematic depictions of Doctor Frankenstein's lab.

Okay, so this is pretty close to where we left off in the Agents of Atlas Workshop, just with some little stat tweaks.

I've got an eye on how effective the Death Ray is - I'd like to keep a ceiling of ~200 points here, and I don't want him to be too nasty.

I feel pretty good about the current state of the write up, though.

Alright, not much activity here, but he's been through some pretty serious workshopping, so I won't worry about that too much. SP updated to correct Restoration Enchantment.

I propose we send Human Robot to initial playtesting.
