ATTACK = 4
DEFENSE = 6
POINTS = 260

SUPERSPEED
Flash may move through all figures, never takes leaving engagement attacks, and does not have to stop his movement when entering water spaces. After taking a turn with Flash, if he did not use his Speed Carry special power yet this turn, he may move up to an additional 4 spaces.

SPEED CARRY
Whenever Flash is moved, you may choose a tiny, small, or medium figure you control that he passed through. After moving, place the chosen figure on an empty space adjacent to Flash. A figure moved this way will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

LIGHTNING THROW SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 3. Attack 6 + Special.
This special attack can only be used once per round and if Flash is not engaged. Roll 1 fewer attack die for each space Flash moved this turn. Figures with the Electrically Charged special power are not affected by this special attack. If Flash wounds a figure with this special attack, he may attack that figure one additional time.

Are we not doing HBO Max characters?

Yeah, obviously an error of omission, so I just went ahead and fixed that now.

Can't remember what I based the mini info on. Is this a mini you have Archie? No strong opinions about what Flash we use here, so long as it's Barry.

Derp. Yeah, I was thinking it was the same secret identity, but the other one is Crystal Frost.

I guess it would make sense for this Barry and our current Barry to be able to meet each other in the multiverse.

I'm definitely pro crossover symbol, especially since this Barry met several other Barrys in Crisis.

I have the mini you listed and can get you pics if needed. It's not a repaint or anything, I thought we decided that Flash costumes were similar enough to just wing it.

Speed Force Carry is a fun power. I think it's going to feel a bit weird in that the ideal situation for Barry would be to never actually attack on his own, he always wants to carry someone who can do better than a single attack of 4. Especially a bit of an odd interaction with Iris, as you'll end up using Barry to effectively get two attacks with some other Metahuman per turn. Mechanically that's a fun and unique interaction, but it's not something that particularly feels like TV Barry to me.

I think that's my main problem with the design. On a side character that'd be a fine power, but on the hero of the show I want to see something where I'm actually using him, you know?

He honestly feels like he could go the Jay Garrick route and get high defense and give him a power in place of it that feels more protagonisty. He never really came across in the show as "good at dodging."
