Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
Originally I was going to suggest the powers names be:
Exterminate Exterminate! Exterminate!! Not good at price costing but less than 200 for sure with that power set. The lower the better here so you can field a bunch and a leader or two. |

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
55% chance of putting Prof X down to half life in one turn and functionally 9 Defense. Not shabby.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
If you can get to Charles. They have 3 Move.
Also the Defense bonus is only against normals and their Defense can be dropped as needed. |

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
I have their defense bonus against all attacks but making it against just normals would work too. Is their defense too strong as is?

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
Sheesh, I am losing it.
I would consider it against just normals. The idea was a SA like from Charles would go right through there armor. That is why I bumped their Defense up by one from what you had. I think we already have that power though, Tough. |

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
Technically we have this version already as well: Cap’s Shield.

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
I’m afraid Tough would just make the design too bland. I’ll see if I can think of something around the same power level that would be more unique.

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
Two shield defense against normals would be cool.

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
Have we done shield doubling yet?

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
Do you mean tough just twice as powerful? I sort of assumed there was some kind of rule against that since it hasn’t been done yet.
EDIT: Or like One Shield Defense, the OG Scape power? |

Re: C3G Doctor Who Workshop
I’d not put up a huge stink, but I’m not 100% with that on a thematic level.
The Daleks are lawful evil (to contrast with the Doctor’s chaotic good) tanks with heavy armor. To me that screams consistency, like tough or Cap’s shield, not a more swingy power like shield doubling. EDIT: What about something like what LO is doing with her Robocop, where weaker attacks are just ignored? |

Dalektern
I'm a tad surprised they were made uncommon heroes as opposed to squad figures given that when they show up it tends to be in swarms.
Personally, when I was designing a Dalek squad I gave them 1 attack and triple strike since they tended to miss a lot and one shot killed something when they hit. I also used a tough ability and then gave them 3 defense so they were basically attack 3 defense 8 squad figures without height and even beastlier on height. I also realized I never actually posted the designs and they're still sitting on my computer. They're definitely powerful little death machines, but their universe has far fewer threats on the level of most comic book characters. I'm not quite sure I understand why Steadfast is on there. They are definitely vulnerable to the kind of trickery typically represented by order marker manipulation. ~Dysole, noting that the current write up is incredibly durable more so than she feels Daleks have shown themselves to be My Twitch Channel where I play Scape and other things My YouTube Channel where the games get uploaded later Dysole's Draft Rankings Map Thread (Not responsible for psychic damage) Customs Battle Reports This sentence is seven words long.
