Cyclops is +1/OM, with the X adding its own +3 if you're willing to give it up.

- THEME TEST/ Excellent Ra’s design.
- MIRROR TEST/ Nothing I saw here.

- USAGE TEST/ Everything was very much used.
- STRATEGY TEST/ Definitely offers flexible strategy options, he can lead from the back, but is also sturdy enough to stay with and move with his assassins.

Round 1 - Armies converging
Round 2 – Armies continue to converge, begin attacking. Scarlet Spider’s Stingers manage to put 2 wounds on Nightcrawler, but Storm’s Lightning Tempest and Speed’s attack manage to kill X-23 before she’s able to do anything.
Round 3 – Assassins kick off the round with Scarlet Spider putting a wound on Xavier. Ra’s gets a strong first roll with swordplay, which Xavier decides to use his X marker to block. Nightcrawler spreads his teleport attacks around to Shiva, Ra’s and, Scarlet Spider, but only manages to wound Ra’s once. Colossus is able to get a wound on Scarlet Spider. Shiva fails to wound storm, but Ra’s manages 2 wounds with Swordplay across 3 attacks. Speed manages to put 3 wounds on Ra’s after a failed defense toll, and Storm attacks him for one more wound. Ra’s calls the League, having Ubu place the pit as he advances. Scarlet Spider swings to the other side, wounding Xavier with an attack. Shive moves up and puts the last 2 wounds on Xavier. Ra’s heals in the pit and puts the last 3 wounds on Storm with his Swordplay. X-Men lose their last turn.
Round 4 – Assassins keep the initiative, with Scarlet Spider failing to hurt Colossus and Ra’s only scoring one wound on Speed. Colossus goes after Shiva, but is wounded by the counterstrike. Scarlet Spider gets a wound on Colossus, while Ra’s fails to hurt Speed. Speed runs to help Colossus, putting a wound on Shiva with his special attack. Ubu moves to try and join everyone. Scarlet Spider’s stingers manage to kill Nightcrawler. Siva fails to put out a wound, and Ra’s gets a wound on Speed. Ra’s then whiffs a defense roll, taking 4 wounds from Colossus.
Round 5 – Scarlet Spider uses his stingers to wound Speed, as Ra’s fails to doll out any wounds. Colossus responds by killing off Ra’s. Scarlet Spider kills off Speed with his Stingers. X-Men lose turn 2. Shiva puts a wound on Colossus, and Colossus gets two wounds on Scarlet Spider.
Round 6 – A few wounds are exchanged, but a massive 5 skull roll from Shiva ends the fight.

Who won and how many wounds did they have? Assassins win. 0 wounds on Ubu, 3 wounds on Scarlet Spider, and 1 wound on Shiva.

Abilities: League of Assassins 3rd turn X reveal only used offensively once before too many assassin heroes were dead.

Round 1 & 2 – Both armies advance slowly, with a failed attack by Merlyn at the tail end.
Round 3 – The Assassins continue working to catch the squads up. Titans Go manages to have Raven kill off Merlyn with a failed defense roll. Cheshire gets a wound on Raven with the 3rd round activation as other assassins fail to wound, but Cyborg puts 3 wounds on Ubu.
Round 4 – Titans take the initiative. Titans Go does some damage, with Starfire finishing off Ubu, Raven failing to wound, but Nightwing scoring 2 wounds on Cheshire. Man Bats manage to claw Raven into the Lava, though she holds on with 1 life left. Ra’s moves up and his swordplay manages to deal out 4 wounds on Nightwing in 2 attacks, killing him. Starfire scores 5 wounds on Ra’s in 4 attacks, but Ra’s is still standing. Man bats throw the Titans around, but Starfire and Kid Flash manage to take no Lava Wounds (18 & 20 rolled). Man bats do manage to kill Raven and Kid Flash, while Ra’s manages a 3, 3, 1, 3 skull sequence, dealing the necessary 4 wounds on Starfire. Turn 3 is lost with Raven out. Man bats fail to Claw grab, but do get a wound on Cyborg. Ra’s moves out and with 3 then 4 skulls rolled, deals 4 wounds on Cyborg.
Round 5 - Speedy fails to hurt the Bat by him, but they drag her over where Ra’s can roll 3 skulls then 4 to deal 3 wounds on Speedy, ending the fight.

Who won and how many wounds did they have? Assassins win. 5 wounds on Ra’s, 2 wounds on Cheshire, and no squad figures lost.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Ra’s is definitely draftable. Right now he may be coming in a little low, but the fantastic luck of Swordplay in the second game makes it hard to give an accurate assessment. Turn 3 League of Assassins is strong, but takes patience and a bit of luck to pull off. It seems Ra’s really finds Man bats more of a best friend than Ubu, as they can drop foes to lower spots so Ra’s can start a swordplay with 6 attack, which tends to go quite well.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: Ra’s is a strong lynchpin for the Assassins. I’m very excited for what he bring to the table, but these two wins were probably a bit two clean. The perfect timing for Lazarus Pit in the first game was huge for the momentum, but second game was all about Ra’s and his sword.

What's the cost ceiling everyone's happy with if things keep looking this way?

I’d be fine just dropping his attack by 1. Or by scrapping the bonding and doing a different approach. No idea what that looks like though.

I like the bonding as is. I'd lean toward the arts m drop over a new approach.
