Yeah, rather than straight up giving him 5 attack, I like this idea - loads more strategic here - if the Markers are giving you something good already, then you have to think about going all in for the explosion.

And, yeah - if this guy's feeling like Deathwalker 7,000 right now, as Tornado said, that's bad. I feel like this guy probably ought to be C3G's Brimstone, not C3G's DW7K

Oh, I get it now, like a trade-off. So the markers add 1 to his normal attack each, or 1 auto skull for his SA each? Seeing as he has to wait until the end of the round to get an MGH marker, I could see 4 normal attack and +1 for every marker. I really like the idea here but im not sure how to incorporate it. I don't want the card to have too much going on.

At the end of the round, you may reveal an "X" Order Marker on this card to add one MGH marker on each Army Card you control with the Mutant Growth Hormone X special power up to a max of 2. Add one to Nitro's Attack for each MGH marker on this card.

Has Nitro ever not exploded because it was going to interfere with his punching power? That doesn't really jive with Nitro as I understand him. Barring some theme I'm not aware of, I'd keep his attack static instead of arbitrarily complicating the mechanics.

I agree that exploding and then being a gas is his shtick. I like the SP where it is but I think the auto skulls per marker is a little more unique and has more bang for the buck you waited 2 rounds for.

Any comments on this? Its from a page back so I wanted to make sure it didn't get lost.

Also I'm bored at work and trying to think of what could make Nitro more draftable. What if we made Reconstitute a little less of a negative? Something like: After using his SA, Nitro cannot e attacked from range yada yada or take tirns yada yada until an OM is revealed on this card. That way he would have a little defensive edge but he could get back in the action when he wants.

Just recall that the MGH was written with the intent that it could be reused on other cards, so any changes to it will effect other future cards as well.

I also think more life is the route I would go if you wanted him to last longer in the game after he blows up and/or make it so you are more willing to risk him in combat prior to blowing himself up.

More life sounds good to me, I was just trying to work Reconstitute as less of a negative.
Plus the MGH not requiring an X doesn't seem too different. I can only think of maybe Patriot, or early Hank Mcoy getting an MGH power.

Yeah, upping his Life seems like a reasonable change to make.

I'm cool either way on MGH using the X. I don't think it's ever going to be a widely-used power, but taking out the "X" mechanic makes it a little easier to use elsewhere, if anything.

SP updated to 5 life, I will remove the XOM requirement from MGH 2 so he plays better with Waller.

Edit* is that okay? To change the SP while @Yodaking is still in the middle of his initial?

That is why I put the initial on hold, to see if changes would be made or if we were going to move forward as is with a significant price drop. Once we have decided on what needs to be tested, I'll start working on the next couple of tests.
