Re: Public Design Workshop
Yeah, SI stuff is kinda in a weird spot thematically. Characters like Hooded Justice should probably be blackmailable and they're definitely in Sam's Halloween spirit, but if you give them no SI (our standard for when we don't know a character's name), they don't count for either. Could give him an SI of Unknown, ??, or ???? if we wanted him to be co-draftable with Joker.

Re: Public Design Workshop
Good catch, IAmBatman!
And I agree, the ?'s are cheesy, and wouldn't mind them removed. But also, Joker isn't so serious, so I have no preference. I tricked myself into thinking ???? was a consistency thing after looking at Bullseye's card, but I think Unknown is a great SI. And anytime this sort of thing happens, there's always synonyms. V from V for Vendetta is a similar type of character from Alan Moore. He could be anyone. Would his SI be Anonymous, or nothing? Hypothetical, since I'm not proposing a design. Was thinking about Ghostface from Scream being added to the Slashers. Since that's a disguise that is worn by 1-2 people each movie, always changing who, Various could be a cool SI, as an Uncommon hero, allowing multiple Ghostfaces in an army, with a special ability to start rounds replacing Various with one of a few different SI's that have different attributes, allowing them to work together, and the opponent to never be sure who is under the mask, or if they really killed the Identity they thought they did. |

Re: Public Design Workshop
Are there any comics for Scream?
I don't believe Uncommons typically have SIs, so I'd just go without an SI. I do agree with Uncommon for them, though, or possibly a Unique Squad where only one figure at a time is on the battlefield? It's not like they're particularly tough in combat. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: Public Design Workshop
Nice find!
That signature at the bottom matches up with the twitter account that posted it, which is the account of a Dōjinshi author, who has a Dead By Daylight gag manga available for purchase at melonbooks, which apparently is one of the top two Dōjinshi shops in Japan. Dōjinshi is the Japanese term for self-published works, usually magazines, manga or novels. Dōjinshi are often the work of amateurs, though some professional artists participate as a way to publish material outside the regular industry. -Wikipedia Proof: https://www.melonbooks.co.jp/detail/...duct_id=719803 Searching through twitter, it has enough of a fan base that people are tweeting out pics + enthusiasm of their issues arriving. Under Approved Properties, Freddy and Jason (and other slasher characters with published comics) So while published, I'm not sure that meets the standard. And if I were to guess, I'd guess it doesn't. |

Re: Public Design Workshop
Handle, I respect the deep dives you do for info
Agreed on it not meeting the standard unfortunately. Ghostface could be a cool addition to the Slashers. Are there any other horror movie icons that would be eligible for C3G? The Thing? Candyman? Spooky little girl from The Ring? Uh...Jaws? LOL |
