B is the most accurate to the mini. They're both a more modern variation with black added to his cape.

I hadn't noticed, but now that you mention it, on closer inspection, it is a combo of his overjockeys and inner thigh costume patches of the same color.

Sounds like B is the winner. It’s mini-accurate, fits the card, and most people seem to prefer it. Personally I like some of the softer art styles for a relatively young character like Mon-El, but it’s hardly a big deal at all. B it is!

The Legionnaires wasted no time rushing into battle with their swift flying double-turns. They caught up to the enemy just as they were preparing an assault. Lex Luthor and Eradicator got off some early wounds, but once Mon-El hit Lex Luthor for a wound, all hell broke loose thanks to Karate Kid’s nasty boosted attacks and further defensive denial from Cosmic Boy. The enemy had little chance.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Karate Kid w/ 1 wound, Cosmic Boy w/ 1 wound, and Mon-El unharmed.

Units: Mon-El (360), Cosmic Boy, Chameleon Boy, and Science Police x4 (1150) vs. Yellow Lantern (Arkillo), Yellow Lantern (Scarecrow), Yellow Lantern (Lyssa Drak), Sinestro Corps Soldier x3, and SWAT Rifleman x1 (1155).

The Yellow Lanterns held back to allow the Science Police to swarm in in the early rounds. Their multitude of attacks plus Mon-El’s helpful inspiration round after round kept them hot, killing off the Sinestro Corps Soldiers early, but not before Cosmic Boy fell to his doom from Arkillo. Mon-El dueled Arkillo and won out, but could not beat Scarecrow afterward. Scarecrow was good at clearing out Science Police, but Lyssa Drak failed to take out Chameleon Boy before falling to the few remaining soldiers. The SWAT Rifleman put in some good numbers, but didn’t win out over multiple attacks from the Police.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Chameleon Boy w/ 4 wounds, and 3/12 Science Police.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Mon-El is a beast. He is yet another powerful unit into one of the game’s most powerful factions, in my opinion. Karate Kid is gnarly with the boosted dice, as are the Science Police. You’ve got to get out there and deal a wound with Mon-El each round to accomplish that, but a 7-move Flying heavy hitter isn’t that hard to wound with, and he’s got Daxamite Defense to keep him alive for a long time. I really thought the Yellows would rip through the army in Game Two after Cosmic Boy fell in the second round, but they didn’t need double turns with the Science Police’s efficiency when boosted. Mon-El may not be strong in every build, but there are clearly Legionairre builds where he is a critical piece. I would suggest a point bump of at least 20, if not 40 up to 400.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: Mon-El is a pretty straightforward unit that gets the job done. Heat Vision is a fun risk and can get around normal attack powers.

Alright, thanks Scape! I'll collate all the results tonight and post them, but it's looking like he needs a bump like you're saying. Definitely feel like he should be under 400 thematically but we'll see how the ball bounces.

*These two games were flawless victories for the Legion, but LV said they were mostly down to Cosmic Boy going ham than from Mon-El.

Okay so these are the results. I personally found him losing due to some bad luck @370, LV had some great luck with Cosmic Boy, and Scape says 360 is far too low. Both Scape and LV mentioned he pairs very well with Karate Kid.

I'd like to keep him below 400, because he's supposed to be weaker than Supes in pretty much every way. how does 380-390 sound from these results?
