I thought I would toss this back up as I'd like to run Ronin as my 1st LD

NAME = Ronin
SECRET IDENTITY = Clint Barton

SPECIES = Human
UNIQUENESS = Unique Hero
CLASS = Fighter
PERSONALITY = Resolute

SIZE/HEIGHT = Medium 5

LIFE = 4

MOVE = 6
RANGE = 1
ATTACK = 4
DEFENSE = 5

POINTS = ??? (220-230?)

Ninja Star Special Attack

Range 5 Attack 2
When Ronin attacks a non-adjacent figure with this Ninja Stars Special attack, all skulls rolled count as an additional skull. If at least 1 skull is rolled, Ronin may Stealth Leap and attack with his normal attack or Nunchuck Onslaught Special Attack.

Nunchuck Onslaught Special Attack
Range 1 Attack 3
When Ronin attacks with Nunchuck Onslaught he may attack any and all figures adjacent to him. If Ronin inflicts a wound with this special attack, he may Stealth Leap and attack with his normal attack.

Double Attack
When Ronin attacks, he may attack one additional time.

Stealth Leap 6
Instead of his normal move, Ronin may move up to 3 spaces with Stealth Leap. When moving with Stealth Leap, Ronin has the Flying special power, but may not move up or down more than 6 levels in a single leap, and will not take any leaving engagement attacks when he starts to leap.

I'd try to simplify a bit - feels like he has a lot going on right now. Kinda crazy to chain that many attacks together too.

I like the general idea of the ranged SA -> stealth leap -> jump into a crowd and start smacking people. I think I'd axe Double Attack and just focus around the two SAs.

Would probably also drop his normal movement and/or leap movement by 1 (it'd have to be a new power at 2 move). He can move 9 spaces in a turn right now, which is a bit much.

Looks solid. Lots of potential attacks, but there are a fair amount of requirements to set that up, and Ronin's defense will crumble quickly to attacks.

SEARCH AND RESCUE

MAGNETIC MANIPULATION
Instead of attacking, you may use this special power. Choose a figure within 6 clear sight spaces of Rescue, and roll an attack die. If you roll a skull, choose one of the following effects ;
The chosen figure cannot move or be moved by any special power until the start of your next player turn.
Place the chosen figure on an empty space within 4 spaces of the figure. The chosen figure will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

MAGNETIC FORCE FIELD
Before an opponent moves a figure that began its movement within 4 clear sight spaces of Rescue, that opponent must roll the 20-sided die. If that opponent rolls 16 or higher, that figure may not move.

SUPER STRENGTH
FLYING
SEARCH AND RESCUE - A Guardian Angel type of power. The figure has to take a wound which should keep it from being too crazy.

MAGNETIC MANIPULATION - Hit enemy figures with the first effect to lock them down, and target your figures with the 2nd effect to safely disengage them.

MAGNETIC FORCE FIELD - Pretty simple, tries to keep figures from moving around.

Cool! I especially dig Search and Recue. I will note we do have a Magnetic Manipulation SA on an On Deck design, so that would probably need a name change.

One thing we've talked about in recent years is how to assemble an Iron Man/Armor faction, since we don't really have a natural way to tag them. Rescue here could be an interesting place to start laying some groundwork. Not really sure what that would look like though.

In all reality we need new versions that have some sort of keywords to work off of, or a new class. No way to mesh the old ones together without overhauling something.
