This passes! I did some army building yesterday. I'll try to knock him out today.

{Edit} I got about halfway into the HHs before losing my notes, but he went 2/6 against the heros at 165 and 1/1 against the heroes I got to at 160. Looks like 160 might he the cost going forward, but I'm too frustrated to continue right now. I'll whittle at it over the coming week.

I could actually see him coming in lower than 160. Other than the high life, his stats are anything crazy and his powers are fairly simple.

- Give a brief overview. Pretty big win here. It seemed pretty strongly in the turtles' favor until Owl entered into the fray.

In T2 Two-Face engaged mikey who hit him with Lock and Strik for s wound ending his turn and thugs move up opening fire on Mikey but they couldn't break his defence. In T 3 Donnie used Turtle Power to move up Staff Vaulting to height on Two-Face giving him another wound.
R2
T1 Two-Face got the wrong side of the coin and couldn't attack but he Thugs opened fire giving Mikey a wound. In T2 Two-Face went on a tear giving Donnie a wound and making him drop the Anti-Grav Gauntlet and the Thugs gave Mikey another wound: Mikey gave Two-Face another wound. In T3 Leo moved up finishing off Two-Face and a Thug and Donnie took a turn with Turtle Power taking out a Thug.

In T1 Leo engaged a Thug but couldn't wound it and Donnie took a turn with Turtle Power Staff Vaulting toward his Gauntlet. In T2 Owl Glides in Striking Donnie for a Wound and Thugs Close in, 2 of them gaining height, and gave Donnie another wound. In T3 Owl disengaged from Donnie taking a wound and took height on and gave Raph 2 woundswith his Retractable Talons (-1 defense dice) and the Thugs finished off Donnie.

In T1 the thugs moved up giving Raph a wound; Leo took out a Thug, Raph removed the X to take a turn with Turtle Poer giving Owl 3 wounds with his Wrath, and Mikey removed the 2 to take a turn with Turtle Power. In T2 Owl finished off Raph; OM Removed. In T3 the Thugs gave Mikey a wound; OM lost on Raph.

In T1 Leo engaged and took out a Thug and Mikey removed the X to take a turn with Turtle Power but couldn't wound Owl; Owl finished off Mikey from height. In T2 Leo engaged Owl and a Thug finishing off Owl; Hood moved up giving Leo a wound and the Thugs Moved in on Leo. In T3 OM lost on Raph; Hood took height on Leo giving him another wound and the Thugs couldn't break Leo's defense.

In T1 the Hood couldn't land ashot and the Thugs gave Leo another wound; Leo couldn't land a hit. In T2 the Hood still couldn't land a hit but the Thugs finished the Leo off.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? .The Criminals won with an UnwoundedHood and 8/12 Street Thugs Remaining.

In T2 Cheshire gave Thing awound (defense whiff);Invisible took up position on a hill, Thing couldn't land a hit and neither could Fantastic. In T 3 torch Flies in, Invisible can't landa hit on a Hand, Thing hits Cheshire for 2 wounds, and Fantastic can't landa hit.

In T1 Torch Flames on taking awound and taking out 2 Hand and takes out the 3rd with his normal attack, and Thing and Fantastic can't landa Hit on Cheshire. In T@ Invisible gives Cheshire a wound and Thing finishes her off. In T3 Fantastic Moves Up Taking out a Hand; Owl Glides In giving Torch 2 wounds (-1 defense).

In T1 Owl disengaged for a wound and swooped in on Invisible giving her 2 wounds; Thing engaged Owl and it's Clobberin Time for the wounds Owl Gave Sue and Owl Takes 2 Wounds and Fantastic takes out a Hand. In T2 Owl Gives Sue another wound; It's clobberin Time for Sue and Owl falls before the onslaughht of Thing, Torch flies forward and Reed takes out hte last Hand. In T3 OM lost on Hand; Torch flies into the Ninja/Yakuza SZ and goes Supernova taking out a Mystic, giving Masahiro 2 Wounds, and Red hood a wound.

In T1 Thing took out a Mystic; Masahiro engaged and gave Thing a wound. In T2 Thing finishes off Masahiro and Fantastic takes out the last Mystic; OM lost on Masahiro. In T3 Torch engages and gives Red Hood a wound, Invisible and Thing move in and Reed Moves to height striking at Red Hood who Leaps away. In T3 OM lost on Masahiro; Thing engages Red Hood but catches sight of a Battered Sue and it's Clobberin Time finishing him off.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? The Fantastic 4 win with Reed bearing 0/5 wounds, Torch and Invisible bearing 3/5 wounds each and Thing bearing 2/6 wounds.

- Give a brief overview. Very close and intense match up. It felt like the game pivoted based on if Owl was on the board or not. Once the Criminals eliminated Owl's avbility to come back it was only a matter of time to victory was theirs!

In T1 Owl Glides in on Scarlet Striking him with his Talons (-1 defense) for 2 wounds (whiff); Scarlet Goes Stealthy taking height and then drops out of stealth on Height but can't hit Owl. In T2 O
Owl Disengages only to Glide Back in giving Scarlet 2 more wounds; Scarlet gives Owl 2 Wounds. In T3 Owl disengages and Glides back in (-2 defense) but can't wound Scarlet; Scarlet finishes off Owl.

In T1 Tombstone moved up giving Scarlett a wound; Scarlett Takes out Tombstone with a 6 skull attack from height against a 1 shield defense. In T2 Scarlet goes Stealthy. In T3 Octopus takes height on Scarlett and takes him out over 3 attacks; Owl moves up Degenerating for a wound. Owl Degenerates again.

In T1 Owl Glides in on Octopus (-1 defense) but can't wound him and degenerates; Octopus Gives Owl a wound over 4 attacks. In T2 Owl gives Octopus 2 wounds and Degenerates; Octopus finishes off Owl over 2 attacks. In T3 Octopus moves up taking out 2 AIM over 4 attacks.

In T1 Octopus moves up taking out 3 AIM over 3 attacks; # Aim Move up and release their virus but Octopus knows just how to combat this virus and takes no wounds. In T3 Octopus engages Scientist giving her 3 wounds over 4 attacks; Owl Moves up and Glides in Striking Octopus but can't wound him and Degenerates. Owl Degenerates some more.

In T1 Octopus Takes out Scientist over 3 attacks and wounds Owl with the 4th; OM lost on Scientist. In T2 Octopus takes out Owl over 3 attacks, OM lost on Owl. In T3 Octopus gave Zola 3 wounds over 4 attacks; Om lost on Owl.

In T1 Octopus gives Scientist 3 wounds; 3 AIM move into position and take out Octopus. In T2 Kingpin takes out an AIM; The AIM surround Kingpin but can't wound him. In T3 Kingpin takes out an AIM; The remaining 2 AIm take height on Kingpin but still can't wound him.

Jackal Cloned Owl.
In T1 Tarantula moves into Range and Eye Blast but doesn't Land a wound and Kingpin takes out an AIM; Owl engages Tarantula and Degenerates. In T2 Tarantula gave Owl 2 wounds and Kingpin finishes off the last AIM; Owl dances around Tarantula but can't wound him and degenerates. In T3 Tarantula finishes off Owl and Kingpin engages Scientist andfinished her off for good.

In T1 Zola gives Kingpin 3 wounds; Kingpin gave Zola 2 more wounds. In T2 Jackal engaged Kingpin but couldn't wound him; Kingpin gave Jackal a wound. In T3 Jackal finished off Kingpin; OM on Kingpin.

In T1 Tarantula gave Jackal 2 wounds; Zola couldn't break tarantula's defense. In T2 Tarantula finished off Jackal ensuring that Owl stays gone; OM on Jackal. Penguin advanced to the Road; Mirror shot Tarantula for a wound.

In T1 Tarantula Healed. In T2 Tarantula finished off Zola; Mirror gave Tarantula a wound. In T3 Mirror gave Tarantula another wound.

In T! Tarantula gave Mirror a wound and healed. In T2 Tarantula Hit Mirror with his Optic Blast for a wound and healed. In T 3 Mirror disengaged taking a wound to take height.

In T1 Tarantula Optic Blasts Mirror but chose the wrong reflection and Mirror is unaffected. In T2 Mirror gave Tarantula a wound from height;Tarantual took even height but chose the wrong reflection and healed.

In Tarantula chose to Optic Blast the wrong reflection; Mirror hit Penguin from height for 2 wounds. In T2 Tarantula chose the wrong reflection; Mirror hit Penguin for a wound. In T3 Penguin took even height and chose thewrong reflection.

In T2 Penguin chose the correct reflection and blasted Mirror away.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? The Criminal Syndicate of Kingpin won with an unwound Tarantula and Penguin bearing 3/4 wounds.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: I was feeling like he trended downwards in the HH tests but afte these army tests he's feeling about right on at 165. I'd be happy sending him out at 165.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: He is not the strongest unit but he is definitely a threat. Seems to oplay best with the Thugs or Kingpin so far, but I wouldn't mind seeing him in a Kingpin/Star-Lord (or someother booster) build going forward.
