Could Punisher use the suit?
If so I would draft Batman and Punisher together and give Punisher the suit(if that is legal). It is cheaper and better than the others ways to boost Punisher to a +2 and he gets to use that +2 three times a turn from range.

Perhaps restrict the +2 attack to adjacent figures, still evil though. It would be worth running in suited Punisher especially with an AA and/or Enchantress bonus.

The suit can be brutal with Hasbro Venom. a 160 point figure that attacks with 8?! yeesh.

Sure, but only if it's on the battlefield.

Still, though, I think an attack/defense boost of 1/1 might be a lot more reasonable, all things considered.

Yeah, not a big fan of the Warsuit glyph. It could be really strong with other Human Vigilantes, especially any future ones with Utility Belt 1 or 2. If they don't have a D20 power, there's no real downside. Plus, I know it's from a comic storyline, but it just doesn't feel very Batman-ish to me.

Oooh, yeah, good points all around, TB. I think the defensive aspects might actually be broken with the design I just started.

You might want to make sure the suit gives the figure super strength....otherwise I would draft Batman 2.0, Black Canary, Green Arrow and Enchantress. Bats gives the armor to BC and then Enchant takes lots of turns with BC raining down massive attacks. 4 attacks of 9(5, +2 from suit,+2 form Enchantress) and a Green Arrow shot? Yuck.

I'm starting to think you will have to make it only work for Batman II. No transferring of Batman's top tech to anyone else.

When Batman rolls defense dice against a normal or special attack and at least one shield is rolled, the most wounds he can take from the attack is one. Batman cannot equip any Glyphs.

EVASIVE STRIKE 17
If Batman is attacked by an opponent's figure within 5 clear sight spaces and at least 1 skull is rolled, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 1-16, roll defense normally. If you roll a 17 or higher, Batman takes no damage and the attacking figure receives one wound.

Isn't that pretty much the same affect (with minor differences, of course) without having to worry about doing a bunch of bizarre wording?
