I've never been much of a rules follower.

It was off limits for a long time, but I worked to get it approved. We're keeping the designing in sanctum for Star Wars stuff until we have our first release with it so testing is your best chance to see what we're up to.

The figure used for this unit is a modified Heroclix figure from the Harley Quinn and the Gotham Girls set.
Its model number and name are #009 / Scarecrow.

Nice work! A lot of stuff is looking close to moving forward here, just needing that one extra push.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
