Agreed. I’m a little confused myself.
I only found out that Krug was a troll and with D&D Trolls having regenerate why doesn't Krug have the special poower.
Krug is from planet Feylund, while the other Trolls are from the D&D worlds of Toril, and Eberron. The planet Feylund doesn't have Regenerating Trolls. As a custom, it is just fine to give Krug Regeneration for your own use, but keep in mind that Regeneration is a powerful ability, and giving it to Krug would increase his points by a decent amount. The confusion they were having, was because they saw that Regeneration was making Krug more powerful. Since he is more powerful, His price should go up.

As a general rule, when you "remaster" or "rework" an existing design by giving it a new power, you should also increase it's point value. Leaving the points the same, would mean that the new abilities are not useful, and do not add any value to the card.

Not all cards need changing. Krug's been generally agreed to be one of the best, most fun, most oddly balanced yet strong units the official game produced. I'd advise not messing around with perfection.

I agree. Changing some just for the ssake of changing them isnt really a great use of time.
