Character Bio - The Mark V Sentinels were developed at the behest of the US government. Though they introduced some new features to the Sentinel line, including a learning program that developed counter-measures to specific targets, they were less fearsome than the earlier Trask models of Sentinel.

Once per game, instead of moving this Sentinel during your turn, you may choose a figure within 4 clear sight spaces that does not have a Database Marker on its card and place this Sentinel's Database Marker on its card. For the entire game, an enemy figure with this Sentinel's Database Marker on its card rolls 2 fewer defense dice when defending against a normal attack from an Android named Sentinel you control.

DEEP FREEZE SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 4. Attack 5.
If an opponent's Unique Hero receives at least one wound from Deep Freeze Special Attack, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 16 or higher, you may remove one unrevealed Order Marker at random from that Unique Hero's Army Card. When this Sentinel uses its Deep Freeze Special Attack to attack a figure with the Ice Resistance special power, roll one fewer attack die.

Still a couple other things on my C3G to-do list before I really get underway with an initial here (wasn't expecting Flash to clear testing in two days), but figured I may as well get the ball rolling on the thread.

Worth noting - I don't think these guys are gonna fix the Sentinel faction all by themselves! But I'm hoping it's at least a step in the right direction and gives us something to build off of.

Nice, these are cool. I like them more generalist than the anti-mutant originals. And yeah I don't think these will make or break the Sentinels as a whole, but definitely useful to bring one or two of these.

Not the most exciting design, but the Sentinel Learning Program is a nice addition to Sentinel armies. Iceman's special attack is always solid.

Yeah, my hope is that these guys are a solid option to sprinkle into Sentinel stuff!

Didn't bother nailing them down to picking on Mutants just because the original Sentinels are already all-in on anti-Mutant stuff, yeah. (And thematically it doesn't seem necessary here anyway... they're just putting stuff in a db, not firing Mutant-seeking missiles or whatever)

They shoot liquid nitrogen from their eyes - the mini actually has an optional little 'Cannonball in ice' thing you can stick on it.



I just went with lifting Iceman's SA because it's solid and throws a different attack option into the mix for the Sentinels, but anything on that general theme would work.
