Well to relieve some of Bat's anxiety I'll post these up so that the links can be in place and comments can be made. Then once text and cost is finalized I can make all changes at once.

EDIT: I also think we can shorten up the Athlete wording to:

OLYMPIC LEVEL ATHLETE
When rolling attack dice for a normal attack or defense dice against a normal attack with Mister Terrific, you may re-roll any or all dice once per attack.

With using "any or all", you can pick and choose which dice to reroll, meaning you can choose shields and blanks when attacking and skulls and blanks when defending. The only real change would be giving him the option of re-rolling skulls when attacking (or shields when defending) in the odd scenario where it could benefit him.

Also, Incredible Intellect is missing:

When Mister Terrific or a Mystery Man Hero within 6 clear sight spaces of Mister Terrific rolls the 20-sided die, you may add or subtract 1 from that roll.

160 feels a tad steep to me. I'd like him better at 140-150 with the attack reduction. I think he'll ultimately be OK at any spot, but I'd love to see some assembled results before voting him forward.

Golden Age Tactician: Used in Round 2 to let Flash and Hawkman reposition some. Robin was still engaged with Hawkman, though, so it made little difference.

Champion of All Things Fair: N/A

Summary of the game: Cramped quarters and solid Evasive Strike rolls won this one for the Justice Leaguers. The Mystery Men were forced to waste too many attacks going after Robin and the attacks they did get on Batman turned into too many wounds for their side. Batman rolled well enough on offense to plow through most of their forces. By the time Wonder Woman entered the fray, the Mystery Men had no real response.

Spoiler Alert!

ROUND ONE: Batman and Robin begin a slow advance. Hawkman sheds the “X” and all three Mystery Men move up. Batman flings batarangs at Hawkman (on shadow and in Flash’s aura) and at Flash, but can’t hit either. Robin engages Flash, but can’t hit him either.
Hawkman sheds OM3 and engages Batman. He is victimized by Evasive Strike. Then Mister Terrific engages Bats, and rerolls a skull for a two skull roll, but can’t get through the Dark Knight’s defense.
Batman grapples over to engage Flash, hitting the Speedster for two wounds. Robin, even with the attack bonus from Batman being adjacent, can’t follow suit.

ROUND TWO: Hawkman sheds OM3. The footprint of the small white house makes movement difficult for the Mystery Men, as they lack any range. Hawkman engages Robin, but Robin flips away with ease. Mister Terrific engages Batman from height disadvantage (though on a shadow tile) and hits a natural four skull roll, but Batman wounds Mister Terrific with Evasive Strike.
Mister Terrific uses Golden Age Tactician to move Flash out of the way. Batman grapples away from Mister Terrific and hits Flash for a third wound. Robin rolls all skulls and tags Hawkman for a second wound.
Hawkman fails an attack on Robin, but Mister Terrific rolls three skulls (naturally) and Robin whiffs, so the Boy Wonder is KOed.
Batman doesn’t react well to a death in the family, punching out Flash and then putting two wounds on Hawkman in consecutive turns.

ROUND THREE:
Batman takes a gamble and it pays off. He rolls 3 skulls on his batarangs to finish Hawkman (stealing OM1), then fails a batarang attack on Mister Terrific.
Batman goes again, but Mister Terrific rolls 3 natural skulls to block the Dark Knight’s punch.
Mister Terrific goes now, rerolling for a third skull, but getting hit by Evasive Strike.
Wonder Woman flies in, lassoes Mister Terrific, and punches him for a third wound.
Mister Terrific tries to disengage from Wonder Woman but takes a swipe and falls (he knew he had no chance against the Amazon Princess if Olympic Level Athlete was negated).

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Batman and Wonder Woman, both with Full Life, win Turn 5, Round 3.

Golden Age Tactician: Stymied by Psionic Grip the first time it’s tried. Later used to move Flash out of Jean’s LOS and thus protect him from throws/attacks when he’s down to one life. He tried to do this trick again in Round 4, but Psionic Grip stopped it.

Olympic Level Athlete: Rerolled his first attack (round 3) and went from no skulls to three. Rerolled his second attack (round 4) and went from one skull to three.

Incredible Intellect: N/A

Champion of All Things Fair: Saves Hawkman from a wound in Round 2.

Summary of the game: One big attack each from Hawkman and Flash swung this game. Had Storm rolled better early, this might’ve gone the other way. The Mutants didn’t have the same level of synergy here as the Mystery Men and it showed. Of the three, Mister Terrific contributed the least, but he was tactically useful in end game, saved Hawkman from one wound, and inflicted one wound.

Spoiler Alert!

ROUND ONE: Storm uses Gale Force Winds to slowly advance her team as a pod. Hawkman sheds the “X” to move all three Mystery Men together. They flank the far side of the blue house, waiting for the enemy to come.
Cyclops goes next, moving forward some. Then, instead of attacking, he has Jean follow behind, taking height and then throwing him to a perfect spot for Optic Blast. Hawkman sheds OM3 and flies up near the rock outcroppings in the middle of the map, not close enough to hit anyone yet. Flash follows, taking height on Cyclops and adding the Golden Age Heroism bonus, but only getting 1 skull. Cyclops whiffs, though, and takes a wound.
Cyclops circles Flash, then activates Jean, who dunks Flash in the water for one wound, then pegs him for two more wounds from her normal attack from height.

ROUND TWO:
Storm flies out and goes after Hawkman and Mister Terrific with her Lightning Tempest. She only rolls one skull for each attack, though, and Hawkman (in Flash’s aura and with one Champion of All Things Fair reroll) and Mister Terrific (just consistent decent rolls) block them all.
Hawkman sheds OM3 and hits Storm for one wound. Then Flash avoids Psionic Grip, runs to height on Cyclops, and KO’s the Mutant Leader with a 5 skull attack. This wipes out OM2 and OM3 for the Mutants (huge game swing).
Hawkman then rolls a 5 skull attack on Storm and KOs her. Mister Terrific advances.

ROUND THREE:
It’s Jean Grey against the world. She dunks Flash in the water, but can’t roll well enough on the D20 or on her ensuing attack dice to finish him.
Hawkman sheds OM3. He flies to Jean and fails an attack on her. Mister Terrific flanks Jean, rerolling a whiffed attack and coming up with 3 skulls. Jean blocked, however.
Jean reveals an OM. Mister Terrific finally has a chance to use Golden Age Tactician, and he has Flash attempt to move out of the water, but Psionic Grip stymies him. Jean fails to throw Flash. Then she hits Hawkman for two wounds.
Jean blocks an attack from Hawkman. Then her Psionic Grip stops Flash from moving (he’d hoped to use Disorienting Whirlwind to reposition Jean).
Golden Age Tactician gets Flash out of the water and behind a rock outcropping (thus out of Jean’s sight). Meanwhile, Flash still has clear sight on both of his allies for Inspiring Speedster. Jean fails a throw attempt on Hawkman, then hits Hawkman for one wound.

ROUND FOUR:
Hawkman sheds OM3. Flash pops out from behind the rock outcropping and tries to use Disorienting Whirlwind to swap Jean with Hawkman or Mister Terrific. Jean hits enough Psionic Grip rolls to stop this from happening. Hawkman attacks from height disadvantage, with the Golden Age Heroism bonus, and scores three quick wounds.
Jean goes next, but Golden Age Tactician kicks in first, and Mister Terrific tries to move Flash back to his safe spot, but is stymied by Psionic Grip. Jean throws Flash where he can’t see Hawkman, but fails to hit the wound to finish the Speedster. Then Jean attacks Hawkman from height, but only rolls one skull, which is easily blocked.
Hawkman can’t finish Jean, but Mister Terrific (thanks in part to rerolling two dice into skulls) scores the final wound of the match.

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Hawkman with 2 Lives, Flash with 1 Life, and Mister Terrific with Full Life win Turn 3, Round 4.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: He’s fun and over the course of the two games I got use out of all of his powers except the D20 boost (need Doctor Mid-Nite or Starman for that). The big win in the first game wasn’t really attributable to him, though, and he didn’t do much to stop the big loss in the second (though he was his team’s MVP on the power of being the one who was attacking when Robin finally whiffed). I’d be fine with him at 140-150. I’d be OK at 160, but it honestly feels a bit pricy with the attack reduction.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: The three of them (Flash, Hawkman, Mister Terrific) make a nice little 600 point Mystery Men army, as they play off of each other well.

I think I actually disagree. While I think OLA is a fantastic power, on Ozymandias I wanted to specifically represent his ability to catch bullets, which I think Stealth Dodge does great. OLA also gives that offensive boon, which Ozy doesn't need. 5 attack is plenty, and his main draw is his planning, which we absolutely nailed. So I personally am just fine.

Looking at the most recent tests, I'd be fine with either 150 or 160. He didn't quite feel 160 to me, but he's got enough going on on his card that it's not out of the question. Yea for Final Editing at either 150 or 160.
