I definitely tested her with 5 Defense.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Right, that's what she always was so there'd be no reason you didn't. For me though, if I'm doing the card art, I use the card in TTS, and I had 6 Defense on it for whatever reason. I'm guessing because Harley II has 6 Def. and I must have oversighted that this one didn't somehow, and left it at 6.

I think 6 makes the most sense, at 160 points. If you stick with 5, I'd be more inclined to agree that she's worth under 160.

Is Acme Explosive supposed to be triggering on all of her moves?

Also, count may as strongly preferring Bat-Ally here. Same premise used over on Wonder Woman that works with Superman Family stuff. She's an Ally, but not technically part of the family.
