They were on the Secret Warriors together and she was the leader. It's mostly just a mechanic to fix the mistake we made before.

Out of curiosity, what's the thematic listing of Secret Warriors? If we're going to do one name call out, I wonder if it almost makes more sense to just call them all out?

Primarily herself, Phobos, Hellfire and Yo Yo Rodrigez (Slingshot). I think I'd just rather fix the mistake here and not make the design call out all of them. Plus basing the character on the show a bit, she works closely with the Inhumans so I thought that was a neat extra callout.

Agent Protector seems rife to try and abuse with engagement strike like powers like Electric Skin or Reactive Toss. And I'd bet at least one can be made into an Agent to still get the benefits of the team as well.

I'm not too concerns with two powers that need d20 rolls having synergy like that. Web Slinger from Spider-Man can be used in the same setup.

Mystique could still be a cool one to try though. Maybe Medusa as well?

I don't think it's a bad strategy, just that hitting two d20 rolls in a row doesn't scream ripe for abuse to me.

Yeah, that kind of soft synergy was intentional. I don't find engagement strike type powers to be really very powerful at all. You first need to get the opponent to engage you before you engage them, then they generally have a high d20 roll and you only get the one chance at it. So having Quake potentially giving you more cracks at it would be kind of nice. I mean I've tried the Magneto/Mystique combo out and just thrown people repeatedly at Mystique, it still wasn't impressive enough to make a regular strategy.

I wasn't super concerned, but am even less concerned now that the no LEA clause is a thing being added (didn't read that at first).

Quake and Phobos have no real connection and I don't think I'd support a callout this specific. I don't even remember them talking in the comics. The Secret Warriors were really Nick Fury's team - he should be doing the recruiting, not Quake.

I would just roll Warriors into the Agent Protection power (make it a general Secret Warriors Protection), which lets you rope him in a bit more elegantly, and leave the door open for a Fury that can actually bridge the factions between Agent and Warrior.

I do like Agent Protection, though, as a soft leadership power. I might actually be cute with it and let you move either your figure or the figure that moved into the engagement? Like you can either knock the bad guy out of the way, or give your teammate an order to readjust.
