C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

My edits. Wording based on Boomerang’s Screamarang, Captain Boomerang’s Gravity Boomerang, and Domino’s Probability Manipulation. Changed it back to "may" as that seems to be our standard.

Magnetic Throw Defense is a reuse from Cosmic Boy.

I remember something about changing the throw defense? Like not affecting huge figures or something? Don't know if we want to bake that in here to save time on art updates. But otherwise that wording looks good.

I don't think that ever got any traction, and it's not a change I'd support, but I'm happy with Magenta following whatever precedent Cosmic Boy sets.
