THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Really like how this Scarlet Witch plays. The option to remove the Hex Markers to reroll dice is a really tough choice to make at times because the threat of unblockables when she dies is really nice. I'm not sure how many attack or defense rolls I would want to reroll, they'd have to be big hits on important figures but making Mister Fantastic reroll high Leadership rolls is important enough to justify burning the markers. |

You’re much more likely to get more wounds by forcing the defending figure to re-roll shields than you are with some unblockables upon death. Odds of them re-rolling a shield is lower than you rolling a skull on an unblockable. Plus, you’re forcing multiple shields re-rolled per marker. So I wouldn’t be going in with unblockables as the best approach, they’re more of an insurance policy if Scarlet goes down before it can be used, IMO.

I mean it depends on the attacks you are rolling and how they are rolling on defense too, I guess. I'm not sure it's a clean cut better option one way or the other. Could have been more clear there.

Just so we are all on the same page, the intent is you can choose how many dice are re-rolled?
HEX PHENOMENA 6 Start the game with 6 red Hex Markers on this card. After moving and before attacking, you may choose a figure within 6 clear sight spaces of Scarlet Witch. Place a red Hex Marker from this card onto the chosen figure's card. After any attack dice, defense dice, or the 20-sided die is rolled for a figure with a red Hex Marker on its card, you may immediately remove a red Hex Marker from its card to re-roll any dice once. So I hex the opponents Thor, Thor att. my Hulk, rolls 8 dice and gets 6 skulls & 2 shields, I remove the Hex Marker and make Thor re-roll the 6 skulls but not the 2 shields, Thor gets 3 skulls on the 6 re-rolled dice for an attack result of 3 hits. |

Yep. It’d say re-roll “all dice” for all, “any dice” for specific ones you choose.
