Yep, thought of that too, but you DO lose the markers if you do that. So might not be a huge deal.

Could definitely see him having something added. A power/attack that's usable in both forms could be cool.

CHARGED SONIC CANNON SPECIAL ATTACK
Range Special. Attack 5 + Special.
Choose 3 spaces in a straight line from Klaw. All figures on the chosen spaces, and all figures other than Klaw within 1 space of the chosen spaces, are affected by this special attack. Roll 1 fewer attack die for each space Klaw moved this turn. Each figure rolls defense dice separately. Symbiotes roll 1 fewer defense die against this special attack.

SONIC DISRUPTION
When an opponent's figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Klaw targets or is targeted by any figure you control with a normal attack, you may first roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 10 - 19, the opponent's figure reduces its attack or defense by 1, If you roll a 20, the opponent's figure reduces its attack or defense by 2.

THE IMMORTAL KLAW
Once per round, if Klaw would be destroyed by receiving wounds, he instead takes no damage. At the end of the round, if there are two or more revealed Order Markers on this card, you may remove 1 Wound Marker from this card.

Nice, I like him a lot. He's one of those figures that needed to be done. However, I would add:

When an opponent's figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Klaw targets or is targeted by any figure you control with a normal attack, you may first roll the 20-sided die adding two to the roll if the attacking figure is a symbiote. If you roll 10 - 19, the opponent's figure reduces its attack or defense by 1, If you roll a 20, the opponent's figure reduces its attack or defense by 2.

Should be "if the opponent's figure is a symbiote" since they're not always the attacking one.

Also should be 20 or higher. I think the language there is a tad muddy on the whole deal, when targeted is just such a bad time to have thing trigger in general cause you haven't committed to an attack and can theoretically retarget. I'd probably do something like:

When an opponent's figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Klaw attacks or is attacked by any figure you control with a normal attack, you may first roll the 20-sided die, adding two if the opponent's figure is a Symbiote. If you roll 10 - 19, subtract one skull or shield from the opponent's roll. If you roll a 20 or higher, subtract two skulls or shields instead.

Slightly more powerful (can always tweak the d20 numbers) and clear on how it resolves.

Dig it, particularly Sonic Disruption.

Would probably drop his attack to 4 to incentivize his special attack a little more (since I'm thinking I would normal attack pretty often due to Sonic Disruption) but looks good!

I think you are right. 4 is probably better especially with Sonic Disruption helping his attacks too
