On Beta Ray Bill, I agree with V and johnny that Stormbreaker should be a little weaker. It's stronger than Thor's SA and I reall don't think it should be. How about this:

STORMBREAKER SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 4 + Special. Attack 3 + Special.
If Beta Ray Bill attacks and adjacent figure with this special attack he may attack any or all figures adjacent to him. When attacking a figure with this special attack, roll 1 additional die for each figure Beta Ray Bill has previously attacked this turn, up to a maximum of 3 additional dice.


I would also prefer to see Protector of the People dropped. I don't feel like PotP and Back to Back mesh well. I think the design would be a lot cleaner with just one of the powers and BtB feels much more iconic to me.

I've played around with a write-up for him quite a bit, actually. I've also looked around for a miniature, and found one that could easily be used if no official RoboCop mini comes out.

When attacking with this Special Attack, RoboCop may attack two additional times. Roll 2 additional dice while attacking Common figures with this Special Attack..

PRIME DIRECTIVES
At the start of the game, choose one opponent’s figure to be RoboCop’s Hunted(?). Add 1 dice when attacking or defending against RoboCop's Hunted(?). RoboCop may only attack his Hunted, and figures that have attacked friendly figures.

Yeah, seriously! Bring that life down to 5 and I think we might have a good starting point (though even then 4 defense plus Hard Body might be too much).
